Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Caserta

Had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful. MariaCristina was really helpful with any queries we had. Lovely neighbours, great views, close to coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!

The second time we selected the place because we were so satisfied. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes to go to the beach but also visits shopping centers nearby.

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Ilaria's farm is the perfect place if you are in the area. The house is spacious, very comfortable, super clean, quiet and cheerful. Our stay was very pleasant and absolutely free of problems. The fact that the property accepted a dog was an important plus. Ilaria is a delight who made us feel immediately at home and gave us directions to the area and the side activities at the BnB. Thank you Ilaria!

Giuseppe was a responsive and kind host. Checking in regularly to make sure we were okay, provided neighbors' phone numbers to help out if anything came up. The neighbors are very kind, helped us with moving our car, as streets were very narrow, and we had nice conversations with them. The house is beautiful. the arches, stairs, patio, everything was a rustic beauty. It was a joy to stay in such a beautiful place in the country, surrounded by a beautiful view of green hills and mountains. However, it is quite remote, so having a car for convenience definitely helps!

Everything is perfect, it seems to be out of the world... and the hospitality of Silvana and her husband unparalleled!! We will be back as soon as possible!!

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream environment. The hosts are one more kind than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to solve any questions, in these 6 days we were staying we had a great time, although at this time of year time does not accompany us. In principle, highly recommended, do not stop visiting and recommend this excellent property, happiness and successes with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer as it is well worth it.

We stayed at Stefano's property on Saturday, January 18 and Sunday, January 19, 2025 with access to the property from 7:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday (check-in was from 12:00 p.m. but for work needs we delayed check-in): we found the house warm and cozy, central and reachable. Stefano is a perfect host: kind, helpful, clear, accurate, welcoming. Services for every need surround the structure: sigma supermarket, two bars (the central one has a staff of kindness and invaluable hospitality), a tavern of typical products, a rotisserie/pizzeria with exquisite products and much more. Not to mention the river and the park that are adjacent to the structure that offer a relaxation for the mind and body.

Beautiful house and a quiet place, Mr. Antonio is very kind and helpful, we did not find anything that is not good, in fact perhaps he made available even more than expected. If we should come back and we will 100% contact you again. Highly recommended .

One of the most beautiful apartments we stayed at during our Italy trip! A true gem! Beautiful interior and very centrally located! Pasquale is a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Even a faster modem was arranged to accommodate our workschedule. 🙏🏻 Only downside for this appartment is the noise from the street during the night. If you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. As cars drive quite fast by through the narrow cobblestone street. The appartment also has two smaller bedrooms facing the courtyard, but are semi-open, that you might want to opt for in that case. But the master bedroom is definitely the most breathtaking.

One of the best accommodations we've ever had. Privacy was given, great communication, everything was just there. every penny was worth it. we can recommend it to everyone. Thanks again to the hosts, you were super friendly, everything was just perfect at all times. 5 stars and more. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this place for the Roccamonfina festival. The accommodation is close to the festival, so you can also get there on foot (we went by car because it was raining). The house is very nice, very helpful and friendly host (we left the room two hours later). Highly recommended!

We spend a few nights here and we very much enjoyed it We especially liked the garden and quietness of the place. From the roof we had a beautiful overview of the surrounding area. The house is comfy and practical. Double bathroom with great shower made this a pleasant stay for our family. This is a great base also for (e.g.) visiting Naples, Capua and Pozzuoli.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. It’s a 5-star experience, and I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Sergio, for making my stay so memorable.

I stayed in this accommodation for work reasons,the best place to relax and feel at home,if not better,after a long and strenuous work day, the very nice host,polite as few people now, has always made the most with the BnB,and with the tenant in order to ensure maximum comfort, it was a treat for a tiring trip PS. I come from another place,with a bad experience, Martina had a detail given my experience,host sensitive to the client's particular needs, I will definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable stay at Francesca’s villa. Francesca is an incredibly friendly, gracious, responsive, and helpful host. The house and grounds are very spacious, and have all the amenities listed. We really appreciated having two showers and a washing machine! The gardens and patio are beautiful. The location is convenient to stores and to the Abbey of Montecassino, which is definitely worth a visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Francesca’s place.

Gianni was a nice and reponsive host and we really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and relaxing. Gianni had a lot of great tips for the neaby city of Sant'Agata de Goti which positively surprised us. The garden and house are exactly as in the pictures. It may be a bit rustic in places but everything works as expected.

Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.
