Vacation rentals with a sauna in Province of Brescia

We were super satisfied - very nice and fast communication, great location, very nice view (even nicer than in the photos), great apartment! We'd love to come back!

Yuri really communicated well with us from before we set of for Garda, all through our stay right up til our departure, even checking if we managed to check out with no problem. The apartment is fabulous. Immaculate, well equipped, right in the middle of the beautiful old town centre. If you come by car there is a good parking solution just on the boundary of the pedestrianised area, about an easy 8 minute walk to the apartment. The parking isn't free - we paid 28€ for just under 48 hrs. As soon as you leave the apartment, there are shops, bars , restaurants and cafés surrounding you. It is about 2-3 minutes down to the harbour with many options for eating and drinking. We walked to Bardolino along the pedestrianised walkway - took about 35 minutes. Just a lovely experience. Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished, clean, very close to the Pinzolo ski lifts, very equipped and warm, Morena is very kind and super responsive, the area was very well served, we had a really good time, the cherry on top is the private relaxation area, a space where you can relax after a nice skiing, thank you!

The view from the apartment to Lake Iseo is just great! The apartment is also very nicely located and very well furnished. The contact with the host (in our case we had contact with Irina) was always very quick, friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend the apartment.

Pros: lifts; possibility of internal parking; well equipped, clean and tidy apartment; great access to the slopes (back exit about 10 steps from the apartment); balcony with amazing views Cons: mainly soft mattresses and grates in the beds (very uncomfortable), we had to end up putting mattresses on the floor; missing wifi; it would be good to have socket adapters right in the apartment; lowered ceiling in the sleeping area, but for sleeping enough, and Fulvia states this in the apartment description

My boyfriend and I spent 4 beautiful days in Massimo's apartment. The studio has ample space, in real life it is larger than it appears in the photos, and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the hill below and the lake.

We had a wonderful stay. The view is magical and the host was super friendly and provided everything we needed. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Riva di Solto is a beautiful small town down by the lake. All in all we really had a great time. The only thing is that there is an issue with the electricity some times (you can’t use multiple machines at the same time).

The combination of jaccuzzi and jaccuzzi pool are perfect. thé garden is surrounded by A fence so was very good for our dog. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are just big enough. our kitchen was in our room. Rino, thé owner, is Daily over there and he is giving good tips. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall great villa, very spacious and modern for the price! It’s a bit out of the way of amenities but wasn’t a problem for us. The only down side was the noisy dogs that live opposite the villa, they became quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastically beautiful place! The view was simply breathtaking – especially the view from the sauna directly on the lake was an absolute highlight. Communication with Massimo was excellent, he was always available and very helpful. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt completely comfortable. Villa Daniela was perfect for our trip . The house was great well equipped and all the fittings were high quality. Pool and terraces were ideal . The view across the lake was stunning . Highly recommended

It is such a beautiful house with lots of space. We went as a friend group and we really enjoyed spending time there. The road to the house is a mountain road that seemed a bit too narrow and dangerous but Armando picked us and our friends up with the car and he was very helpful introducing the house and showing the way. I am sure it would be more amazing around summer time, would recommend visiting the house and Garda.

We loved the house! Beautiful home and backyard. The spa and sauna were amazing. Our host was very friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations for restaurants. The center of town was just a short walk down the hill. We absolutely loved Malchesine. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was perfect for us, clean, modern and well equipped. For our dogs, the garden was a dream. Quiet environment overlooking the lake.

Suoerbe very well located accommodation, 30 minutes drive from all the cities to visit nearby, beautiful hikes to do with a walking departure from the accommodation and a beautiful view of the lake! Very clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment for our animals and their owners in the beautiful campi residence with the possibility of doing many activities (tennis, ping pong, mini golf, outdoor and indoor pool on request at the reception and according to availability. However, wellness is reserved for guests of the hotel). The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, oil, herbs/spices, chocolate). The WiFi network is of very good quality. To make a phone call, the reception is better from the terrace of the listing. Very nice shaded terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs. We highly recommend this place and will gladly go back!

Great house with nice modcons and good sunset terrace. Sauna was an unexpected bonus. Aliona was very helpful for check in and check out.
