The stay was fantastic, the "apartment" is a jewel... around the village, but still on the side for relaxation and tranquility. Hot tub with private hot water... The super kitchen and I also appreciated all the hotel style amenities (room cleaning, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) combined with the independence of the private house.....Super SUPER SUPER... in addition you can also have a series of activities related to fantastic relaxation and wine. Very good. Their wine is really good!

Giulio managed to create a corner of paradise, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno. A little difficult to reach because of the dirt road to travel, but you know beautiful things are never easy to reach, but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Giulio is a wonderful person, as are all his staff, starting with Gianluca, a very kind and well-prepared young man. We ate very well in his restaurant, and slept in a clean, charming room with a breathtaking view. Experience to be repeated, thanks Giulio.

This place is simply a dream! Every window in the house looks like a painting—nature is framed so beautifully that it takes your breath away. The room itself was stunning, full of warmth and style. The host was incredibly kind and respectful. We truly appreciated the upgrade to a better room and all the thoughtful help we received. From showing us how to buy train tickets, to calling a taxi and even helping with our luggage—it felt like staying with a dear friend who truly cared. And yet, they were never intrusive—just wonderfully supportive when needed. And the food—wow! Every meal was delicious and generous. The breakfast croissants and fresh milk are unforgettable, and the cleanliness and cozy environment made everything feel perfect. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. “Home away from home” doesn’t even begin to describe it. It was beyond amazing. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone—it’s an experience you don’t want to miss!❤️❤️❤️☺️

For the time spent at Oscar's, everything was perfect, the communication to begin with is very clear and very responsive, the welcome is very pleasant and helpful. The place is nestled quietly atop a hill with breathtaking views. We were able to stay on site for dinner on the veranda with this spectacular view. The dishes are very good and the prices are correct. The room is very large and very pretty. For me everything is there, the friendliness, the beauty of the place, the restaurant, the room... Very clearly this is my favorite from my trip to Italy.

Good stay at Walter’s place in Tuscany. Place wasn’t as out in the country as we expected but it was convenient near a town and the rooms were very clean and well kept with friendly service.
