Giovanni’s home is just perfect paradise. IT has Every thing you could wish and more! Even 2 piano’s ! The kitchen is very Well equiped, even a large collection of italian cooking books. We had the luxury to collect Figs From the tree in the huge garden, also all kinds of fresh italian herbs to cook. The living room has different seating areas, even a corner for playing card games! The books collection in this room is also very nice. Loved the window screens, on Every window of the house and we had no mosquitos . Sleeping was perfect, ZERO noise From outside,,,, i could even see the stars From my bed at night!!!! The house was perfectly clean , and Giovanny welcomed us with fruits and wine and his positive energy and lovely smile, he helpen us and gave us advice on Where we Should go and what to do. Giovanni is just wonderfull human being, very caring,,,,, the best part oh his home!

What more do you need in life than a place like this and a host like Maria? We had a fantastic time in her very authentic Italian former farmer house, with nothing less than amazing views on the valley below. With her advice on go-sees in the area we could choose whatever experience we wanted. Maria went out of her way and made several reservation for us. Very helpful and very warm host!

a great spot to enjoy countryside and sea

Beautiful, country home in the best Italian style. Large, comfortable, with a beautiful garden and views of the olive grove. Stefano and his father Paolo are very kind and helpful hosts. A place for people who value peace and quiet. The sea, mountain trails, and beautiful Urbino are within a half-hour drive.

Very nice location, with a super kind and helpful owner, very well cared for and well arranged rooms, perhaps the only positive note is the shower that did not go down well from the mixer... but not very relevant! Thank you for everything

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We stayed in the farmhouse in 18 adults and 4 children for two nights. The stay was completely perfect! Host is super friendly and available. The place is wonderful. It's great for large groups. It has everything you need, clean and is very well organized. Very kid friendly. We had a great time. We'll be back!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. An outstanding house and excellent pool. Plenty of sunbeds and in lovely surroundings and possibility of shadow under the “Mulberry tree”. Fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms and nice garden and grill settings. The hosts are so easy to communicate with and very helpfull. During our stay the gas tank ran empty and they did all they could to have it re-filled immediately. And due to some it-problems is was delayed by a day. Still Jenny informed us and was honestly sorry for it. She even had to bottles of wine delivered at the house. What a nice gesture. Only pint to remember is that a car is really needed as indicated in the advertisement. We had to drive for groceries, restaurants etc.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is perfect for holidays with friends. The property is very large, offers plenty of space, and the many outdoor furniture offers plenty of opportunities to spend time outside grilling, eating, sunbathing, etc. The pool is also larger than it looks in the photos. The equipment of the house is very good. Due to the secluded location, a car is very important for the stay. Supermarkets or beaches are not accessible without a car. The house is also hard to find at first. Since the property is also used as a venue, there may be other people on site. Apart from that, apart from that, the location offers very great privacy and a beautiful quiet ambience at the vineyards, as there are no neighbors in the close proximity to Simone in the annex.

We had a wonderful time in this great house. Everything is there that is needed for a nice, cosy stay. The house is very clean and you feel very comfortable. The view and the peace and quiet you can enjoy here are sensational. Michela is a great host, and if you have any questions, they are answered very quickly. Only the road to the house is a bit adventurous, it shakes you up quite a bit. But hey, you can put up with that for a great holiday in this FANTASTIC house. thank you for everything.
