What more do you need in life than a place like this and a host like Maria? We had a fantastic time in her very authentic Italian former farmer house, with nothing less than amazing views on the valley below. With her advice on go-sees in the area we could choose whatever experience we wanted. Maria went out of her way and made several reservation for us. Very helpful and very warm host!

We booked Antonella's place for our team while working in Ancona. It was perfect for what we needed with plenty of beds to go around. Communication was very easy and she was very helpful with a flexible check in when dealing with flight delays.

Very nice location, with a super kind and helpful owner, very well cared for and well arranged rooms, perhaps the only positive note is the shower that did not go down well from the mixer... but not very relevant! Thank you for everything

We loved our stay! The view is beautiful and the apartment itself is really well set out. A great walkable location to lots of lovely places. We stayed with 3 young children and had a wonderful time.

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We stayed in the farmhouse in 18 adults and 4 children for two nights. The stay was completely perfect! Host is super friendly and available. The place is wonderful. It's great for large groups. It has everything you need, clean and is very well organized. Very kid friendly. We had a great time. We'll be back!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. We had a wonderful time in this great house. Everything is there that is needed for a nice, cosy stay. The house is very clean and you feel very comfortable. The view and the peace and quiet you can enjoy here are sensational. Michela is a great host, and if you have any questions, they are answered very quickly. Only the road to the house is a bit adventurous, it shakes you up quite a bit. But hey, you can put up with that for a great holiday in this FANTASTIC house. thank you for everything.

We loved staying at Rita's place. It was a private, lovely, cozy place with the bad weather, and I am sure it would be an even greater stay for a warmer weather, near a lot ov lovely spots in the area. Well furnished and with a lot of privacy and room for everyone

A fantastic house with everything that we needed. The house manager Rosa was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Nothing to complain about. We had the best time and would like to come back soon. It was even better than expected.

great resort in the hills near the Conero, excellent cleanliness, everything was very well-kept and beautiful pool.....if there was breakfast it would be even better but it is still written that they would not have provided it so one would organize for a moment and it's fine the same.....in general a great experience in a very nice resort in the peace of the Marche hills near the beautiful coast of Conero....recommended!!

It was very nice... overall. But without a car it is bad. 30 min approx. to the next shopping option . But otherwise the house the location is very nice....if you want peace and quiet. Frederico is also very kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

The villa is equipped with all the comforts, from mosquito nets, to microwave, and the spaces are spacious and very livable even for large groups. The garden is a great resource, and the outdoor shower with hot water really nice surprise. The location is great, with a short private passage to reach the sea.

Very comfortable house, with a breathtaking view. Excellent littery. Our very friendly host was attentive and gave us lots of good tips for discovering the area.

Really pleasant stay in this super-equipped villa with a breathtaking panoramic terrace. The house was very clean and we missed nothing. We appreciated the hilly and ventilated location compared to the rest of the country even though this led to the difficulty in mobility to the beaches. Nothing to say, so much to pay. Only small mole: the management of showers in 8 people was not easy as the boiler does not produce hot water fast enough to meet everyone's needs for which we had to organize with shifts. Otherwise everything is perfect. Piero was also kind and helpful.
