We were only there for one night, but felt very safe and welcome. The garden is very beautiful and Clara is very friendly. Also, the communication was clear and straightforward.

I went with friends to Pavia for a birthday party and upon arrival at the house we were pleasantly amazed, very cozy and clean. Very well-equipped rooms, spacious and well-disposed closets, as well as very clean. Alfredo was very kind and welcomed us at the time that was more convenient for us, as well as giving very timely and accurate answers before booking. Positive experience, we will definitely take into account when we return to Pavia.

The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet with a very large garden and swimming pool. Host of a very good welcome who guided us to find the wrong place on the booking site (incomplete address) and this, despite our late arrival time was very pleasant. He told us a pizzeria where we ate the same evening. Great pizzas!

The Arthouse is amazing. Andrea really had put a lot of thought in the renovation of the house. It is a perfect place for a getaway with friends. Andrea gave great tips on where to go for food and the pool plus deck in the backyard was amazing.

We were Thierry's guests to celebrate New Year's Eve and had a great time. The property offers the space adapted for 10 people, with the possibility of having a private bathroom for each room. In the spacious living room we were able to have the New Year's dinner prepared by Thierry. We had a great meal, even a great breakfast. Otherwise, the host was responsive to our requests, so it was like being at home.

Our stay was very nice. The house is very quiet and there are very nice hiking tours. Cinzia and her family are very nice and were directly accessible for all questions. Our children felt very welcome. Thanks!!

The house is really very nice and spacious, the cleanliness is impeccable and has numerous benefits such as the pool, a spacious garden and a super-stocked pantry, and the price is very honest. We'll definitely be back.
