Vacation rentals in Providence Portal

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lakehouse for 7 nights with our extended family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—close enough to duck into town yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet on the lake with private access. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the little touches like fresh coffee beans, local wine and snacks. Highly recommend 🥳

Amber & Mat’s place is in an amazing location where you can do as much or as little as you like. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing on a rainy day. There were plenty of activities right at your doorstep (kayaking, playground, golf, trampolines, riding) and also walking distance to a very nice Italian restaurant. The kitchen contains everything you need if you wish to cook. The beds were very comfortable, and the terrace was clean and private. Did I say the location was incredible? Amber and Mat were available at all times for any questions we had. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was wonderful. We were able to have that extra sleep-in we needed and short bushwalk that beckoned. I highly recommend staying here. You won't want to leave. Thank you Amber & Mat for such a wonderful time. We will be back!

So much space for activities!! The main room is very spacious perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. Easy walk to the lake and great amenities. My friends and I had a great time and looked forward to coming back to the Airbnb after a long day running!

Had the most beautiful and peaceful stay. The cabin is a perfect place to get away and switch off from the digital world. We saw kangaroos, king parrots and bunny rabbits. Visited the thermal pool, drove around looking for brumbies and sat by the fire when it was raining. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Sonja for a beautiful stay at the cabin. We and our puppy Nala had so much fun. The cabin is amazing, amenities are great and has everything you need for a longer stay. Thanks also for taking such good care of Nala while we were skiing. She was so happy when we picked her up. We would love to come back!

A terrific, beautifully appointed apartment in a great area. A lovely view if the lake. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. And the pet treats supplied were greatly enjoyed...

Our stay at Michelle and Simon place was cosy there was 8 adults and 2 children. We loved the welcome pack when we arrived. We didnt have any issue with hot water heating was great home was warm all the time. When power was out we just went out for the day . We enjoyed our stay it was our first family holiday together. I was glad to use talbingo as our starting point to go to the selwyn with the grandkids as it was not a long drive for them it was their first time to the snow. The caves was a beautiful spot. We will be making it an annual holiday destination to stay Summer or Winter time. thank you Michelle and Simon for providing a great home for our holiday.
