Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Protaras

We have had 5 fantastic weeks at this accommodation. We alternated the days between the beach and the pool. The pool area was calm and quiet and was truly pure relaxation. Restaurants, bars and shops are within a short walking distance. We have also cooked in the apartment in the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with 3 air conditioners. All contact with Evan has been very pleasant. He has responded quickly to the questions we have had and is also very nice. We will definitely go here again!

We had a wonderful time at Maria`s place. We stayed there for 4 weeks, and realy enjoyed ourselves. The place was wonderful and homely, well equipped and beautifully clean. We made all our meals at home, and the kitchen was fantastically well equipped, absolutely everything we needed was available. Only 2 minutes walk to a lovely large community swimming pool where we could swim and enjoy the sun almost all day. The apartment is within walking distance to lovely beaches, and several good supermarkets. Maria is a lovely and friendly lady, who made us very welcome and was always available for questions, help, tips etc. We had a wonderful stay, and would most definitely return. We fully recommend Maria and her apartment without hesitation !

Absolutely loved the 2 weeks appt great everything was like home from home . The view was stunning from appt the distance was walkable from the strip . Very quiet and peaceful place would highly recommend

Really nice apartment with nice tea kitchen, which contained the most necessary. 2 really nice bathrooms and 2 nice rooms. The apartment was clean, neat and really nice. The balcony is in good shape with the sun, but I could wish for a table and chairs out there so you could eat there and have a good time at night. The pool area is mega delicious! That's really cool! Despite being there in high season, there was always space and not many! It was so delicious! Walking distance to shop and delicious restaurants. Easy drive to Nissi Beach and Fig Tree Bay (delicious beaches though with a lot of people). 2 tiny little things - there is only 1 single towel per person. It's not enough when you're by the pool, the beach and want to go swimming at night too. And the beds are a little hard for our taste. We'd love to come again 👍🏻

Kash was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we booked, he saw that we had a baby coming with us and said he could sort baby chair and cot which he did. Our group were all arriving at different times and Kash sorted taxis for us all from the airport. Even when my travel plans got changed, he sorted things so that my son and family were looked after. The villa is in a great a location, in a quiet road just 5 mins from restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. The pool was brilliant for us and more importantly for a 11 month grandson with a good choice of inflatables. Also, the pool man came twice while we there to check the water. I can't thank Kash enough for looking after us!

Place was amazing, very well equipped, thoughtful compliments at the fridge. Host was friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Villa is in perfect condition, cozy and enough place for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come again next time. Highly recommend 👌

Martino was fantastic, beautiful home and was amazing as I am a solo traveller which for if it wasn't Martino stepping in and letting me book his lovely home then I would have had a nightmare trying to find somewhere to stay. thank you again to Martino and Anastasia, I hopefully I will be back next year 😁

Everything was perfect for us and even better than expected! The environment is perfect with a small pool just around the corner and several more like in the pictures, otherwise there is a gym right in the complex and a tennis court. You practically live in the parallel street to one of the main streets in Paralimni with many restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. Several beautiful bays with fine sand are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The communication with Alex was always great, he always helped us and even bought new tennis rackets and balls especially for us! We had some problems with the water filtration system at the beginning, but with Alex's help we were able to fix it and the system is really great. You get both hot and cold, well-filtered water, which was an unexpected highlight :D We were there for a month and would have loved to move straight in. Everything is top and modern, the air conditioning is great, the kitchen is well equipped and we were very happy :)

Nick provided a full-service experience, promptly responding to our inquiries and assisting us with obtaining tickets to events near Ayia Napa. Everything listed in the advertisement was present, and the four bathrooms and four bedrooms were a great convenience. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay !

Menelaos is a fantastic host! His clear and accurate communication, insightful suggestions and willingness to assist us with anything makes him one of the best host I’ve encountered on Airbnb! The location is perfect— far away from the noise yet close enough to walk to Nissi Beach, delicious restaurants, a pharmacy and a great local grocery store! The place is spacious and comfortable. The pool is clean as is the entire property. Thank you Menelaos for a great stay and for your kindness!

Big spacious modern apartment with everything you need for a few days stay.has excellent WiFi The host is quick to respond to any questions and the information received before check in was detailed and accurate - it’s very simple to find the building and the key safe for self check in It’s easy to park on the road outside the apartment and is around 10 minutes walk to the old walled town which has plenty of bars and restaurants I recommend a visit to the ghost town of Varosha which is 30 minutes walk away or 7 minutes drive with a large free car park- it’s free to enter and you can hire a bike for 100 lira for 4 hours to really explore All in all it’s an accurate description on the profile of the place and we enjoyed our stay there

We had the pleasure of staying in Antonis appartement for 4 glorious weeks . This is more then a holiday home and feels like a real home . A more then stocked kitchen with some helpful housekeeping goods and anything u could possibly need. Every last bit of this place oozes quality and comfort. The neighbourhood is quiet with a 10 min walk to town and seafront. Feeling very residential and upmarket. We found Antonis to be a very nice and genuine landlord who wants his guest to be compfertable and happy .

Cher's apartment was absolutely superb. Everything that was listed was there. The location is very close to local restaurants and bars which were all reasonably priced. The location is outside of Protaras but there is a regular bus service between Kapparis and Ayia Napa. I would recommend downloading the OSEA app for bus services. The apartment was very clean and tidy with air conditioning throughout. The other families on the complex were very friendly too. The pool area was very clean and tidy. Best time to go in the pool is early morning as it heats up during the day. The local people were also very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice about where to go and things to do. I cannot speak more highly of Cher and her responsiveness. The apartment gave us everything we wanted and was great value for money. A+ all the way through!!!!

What a lovely apartment, with a fantastic host, has all the home from home feels that you want and the complex is amazing with 3 pools, gym and coffee shop. We felt like we were at home, so safe and relaxed, with all the extra touches and amenities like pool/beach towels that really make a difference. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone, couples or families, we were able to use the HDMI cable to plug in my sons game console and the WiFi was strong so my teenage daughter was happy but more than that we were able to have a relaxing holiday. I even had some quiet time around the adult pool as our balcony looks over it, I also loved that there is a tree in front of the balcony that serves as privacy and a shade at times from the sun perfect for reading a book or enjoying a family meal. We were so settled we didn’t want to leave.

Great value for money, very clean and great host

I enjoyed staying at Cafer's place, very responsive hosts and friendly family, they made me feel welcomed and home. Great location, Palm beach is not far can also be accessible by walking. The apartment is clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend! I hope to visit again once possible.
