Our stay at this place was amazing. The space was spotless, exactly as described, and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Jeffrey and Roma were exceptional hosts—warm, accommodating, and incredibly kind. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and hospitality really made a difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Without a doubt, I’d book again in the future!

Og provided us with seamless instructions. Parking is a little tricky but that’s anywhere near NYC. If you’re looking to impress someone this apartment has the right views and right vibes to set the right tone and mood. The view of Manhattan is breathe taking and it’s right out your front door. Also extremely affordable considering the Billion Dollar view. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in the city!

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

Tina was awesome to work with! Very accommodating of our group at the last minute. Her place was clean and the WiFi held up with 8 of us happily posting on social media. The short walk to the waterfront offers some of the best views of New York City. I would stay again as would the rest of my group.

We lived in this property for 6 weeks with our kids and loved every moment! The house is very cozy and family friendly, it feels like you're staying in your cousins house. There is plenty of space for kids to hang out, books, and a great kitchen to prep meals. There is a good working space too. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, and you can walk 10-20 mins and find resturants, parks, and the train station to the city. For members of the Jewish community- you'll find Kosher food and synagogues nearby. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, they took great care of us and came by several times to help us with what we needed. Our experience was the best we could have hoped for and we hope to be back for another stay. Other reviews mentioned the bathroom doors being see-through, you can just tape some paper on them, it's not a big deal. Really cute place, nicer than it looks in the picture. Quiet, nicely decorated, welcoming, convenient to NYC, pleasant area. Stina was super helpful and accessible. I left something there and she contacted me and got it back to me. This was a great deal, it's your own little apartment.

Great house and nice owner

We had a great stay at this amazing apartment in Jersey City. On the door stop of Manhattan - it was incredibly easy to travel to and from using the PATH train line. The local area was also really pleasant with great vibe and places to eat. The apartment is even bigger than the photos and the kitchen was really well stocked with utensils/ functional plus washing machine - we had just under a week there and it really felt like home and we could pretend we were a local ☺️Francois was very helpful, allowed us to check in early, everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Needed a place to stay in Jersey city close to work. Place was as described, the bed was more comfortable that what you normally get at an Airbnb.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

Denia’s place was really great! We stayed there for a week with friends and it was a nice experience. There’re buses to NYC at a 5 min walk, as well as a bunch of services and restaurants near the place. Denia’s instructions were very clear, and I would recommend it to friends.

Loved staying in this gem of a home! If you’re looking for something different down the shore this is the place for you! Check out the Mule Barn restaurant just a few doors down, enjoy the plentiful wildlife and of course the beautiful Jersey beaches! Brian’s house was well stocked and comfortable for our family with two young boys and our dog.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

We Stayed With my Fiancé at AVE for 7 Days, And If you look for a place thats safe A good deal for Money and far from all of the noice of the Manhattan AVE is a great option. We came to Visit NYC predominantly and were commuting every day with a Buses, The stop is just 6 minutes away by Walking so it was pretty easy to access New York ,The Premise was very clean, Had a Nice coffee downstairs, a Big Grocery up close and a very friendly staff . So Overall it was an amazing stay and if We are going to Visit NYC we would definitely come back to here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

Great location, easy to get to NYC!

Martha‘s apartment is really nice, with everything one could want, very nicely furnished, well equipped and extremely clean. The neighborhood in Forest Hills is very nice, with a good public connection to the city and all one needs in walkable distance. One thing one should consider is that there is no complete separation of living and sleeping room as the wall is open at the ceiling. The hosts are very nice and responsive. Thank you very much, Martha and Dylan! We will be back.
