Nice stay good view

This place is home and cozy. It has every appliance and furniture that you could ever need to live. Bed Couches were comfortable and big enough and there was plenty of blankets as welll. Lizet was also super responsive and polite and really nice to deal with. Would recommend for any short stay although if your main goal is NYC the location is a bit far (~1hr away) but still this is the best place you could stay if you just wanna chill a few days out of the city.

We absolutely loved staying in Dianna's place. She offers a ton of space for such an affordable price, and taking the PATH into NYC makes it so much more economical staying in Hoboken rather than in the city. The kitchen had all we needed so we were able to cook several meals and save money there. It felt like home staying in Dianna's place and it was such a nice escape after a long day of bustling, hectic NYC. My only very small complaint is that the sheets had some dirt and sand or something similar in them when we first got into bed on the first night. Other than that, totally perfect! We will absolutely be coming back to this exact spot and recommend it to anyone looking for their next NYC/Jersey spot to stay. Thank you Dianna!

Evelyn’s place was fantastic! Incredible area within walking distance of amazing restaurants and all of my favorite jazz clubs. It was a cute room, easy check-in, very comfortable environment. Would definitely book this again for my next stay in NYC.

Great spot, close to public transit, nearby pharmacy and food spots.

Everything was great, the only issue was that switching the water from the bathtub to the shower was problematic, and because of that, the shower pressure was weak. It’s something worth fixing. Other than that, I really liked it. We didn’t want to drive to New York City, and the train station was just an 8-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

Location is very convenient to catch bus and goto city. Lots of shops around to get food or other things.

I had a lovely stay at Rrezarta's home. Beautiful and calming view of the ocean and tons of natural sunlight (including morning sunrise rays!). Rrezarta was always quick to response or proactively reached out to me, and was able to book me on short notice. I've stayed at Rockaway a number of times and truly enjoyed my stay here. Great location (quick talk to town to grab coffee) and 10-15 minute walk to the ferry to get to NYC. Would stay again!

Great place to stay for three adult guests. Walkable subway stations and solid food options in the area. Milton was extremely responsive and I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was my second time staying at Eli’s cozy home and he never disappoints. Such a hospitality and helpful host. Always makes me feel at home. The home is in a great location near some awesome restaurants. Perfect for my stays when visiting family. Will stay here any chance I’m in town!

Our stay was great. Location was perfect if you’re going to drive into Manhattan. Host reached out to me prior to my arrival for check-in at 3 pm that the unit was not quite ready and if I didn’t mind checking in later closer towards 5-6 pm. I agreed since I had business to handle that went past the original scheduled time and would have checked in past 3 pm. Location/Check In & Out- Area is quiet, felt safe and very nice. Parking could be challenging since it’s street parking. During my stay I was lucky to find a space in front of the property. Check In & Out was very easy and to the point. Amenities- I didn’t cook, but everything needed ie: pots, dishes utensils were available and TV in the living area. Space - everything was tidy, clean just like the photos. smelled great and was super cool when arrived. (A/C on prior to arrival) I have only one complaint: Hot water was very scarce otherwise my stay was great and would definitely book again. * Great restaurants in the area.

Michelle was very nice and provided everything we needed with only a couple of small requests that were very easy to follow in order to keep the room clean and bed bug free. Very clean and cool place and great neighborhood!!

This place is immaculate, Steven thinks in every single detail to make you feel comfortable, the building is super fancy and modern the gym is spectacular, 10 minutes away from all the tourists places in NY and the bedroom view is something else. This beautiful Luxury home was so welcoming myself and my family were very elated about everything. Ari was really great with responding to my questions and just an overall great host, the decor inside the bathrooms are AMAZING! I loved it and I’d def choose this home again .

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. Very clean , peaceful and in the area of everything. Grocery Shopping , Target, wendys, Mc Donalds and CVS to name a few. Will diffinately visit again . The host was extra ordinary. We felt home away from home. We say thank you and see you soon.

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.
