We had the most wonderful time and Lea and Peter’s place! We were given such a warm and friendly welcome, we immediately felt right at home! The freshly baked bread was just divine, along with fresh eggs, local dairy and chocolates. We followed all of Lea’s recommendations for where to eat and what to do and were not disappointed-Tower Hill was an absolute highlight. Thank you for such a wonderful stay-we will be back!

Melissa is a fantastic host. My family has stayed at the Red Cedar Cottage several times over the years and Melissa has always been very responsive and helpful host. The property is very central and in close walking distance to town and the beach. We attended the local weekend market and enjoyed the local produce.

This was the second time we stayed at this lovely house. It is very cosy, close to everything and neat and tidy. We will definitely be back for a third time soon!

Bohdan was an amazing host! Super friendly, reliable and welcoming. The place was beautiful and super close to town, everything we needed was within walking distance which was nice. Would highly recommend for anybody looking to stay along great ocean road :) Thank you for making us feel at home we had a great stay!

Fantastic setting and so private. Lovely personal touches and everything as described. Space to enjoy the privacy yet close enough to a vibrant town as well. Our dog loved it!

We had a fabulous time at Theo’s place. There were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 grown up children)+ our dog. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the upstairs living area/kitchen area with a great balcony and wonderful views over Marengo and the paddocks. Perfect to relax with a good book and/or some afternoon drinks. The house is nicely tugged away but still easy to walk to the Main Street and the beach. Our dog and us also loved the garden with all the nice fruit trees. It was perfect for our dog as there was plenty of room for him but also safe as it was all enclosed. We definitely will be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was welcoming and comfortable, with all the amenity you need for a short or longer stay. It was too cold for us to use the pool but the open fire place and spa bath were both highlights. We loved exploring the farm and helping with the sheep and chickens and our dog had an amazing time running around the property. This house offers the best of both worlds - private bush surrounds but only 5 mins into Lorne for the beach and restaurants! Jack and Hayley were fantastic with communication - super responsive and accommodating! We also really appreciated meeting Jenny and Peter and their hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend and we look forward to booking again in the future!
