Accommodations in Princess Anne

Wide open space for our event with a sink, full sized fridge, and mini ice maker. Lots of tables and two bathrooms there as well. 9 hotel style rooms with Jacuzzis, bathrooms, AC, and more. Complimentary gifts and great recommendations along with prompt and helpful responses. My only suggestion is to better sell how good this property is. As of writing this review, the page says there are only 6 beds but there are nine. The pictures of the event area don't properly convey how large and nice it is. Very happy with everything and I'm already trying to find a reason to book this location again next year.

Better than what the pictures reflect, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun set from the advantage of the front balcony. There are comfy chairs, beds, sofa, and loveseats throughout the house and outside. I got a kick out of the Halloween decorations (and even shared my enjoyment with interested passerbys). This stay is definitely tailored perfectly for rest, relaxation, and self-reflection. Loved it!

We had an excellent time here, the hosts were very responsive and super helpful, and the area and house were perfect. Looking forward to staying here again!

Walking into Hobbs and Rose was like entering a welcoming haven…the peace embraced us as we crossed the threshold into the rustic luxury of the cottage. Our favorite snacks and drinks were waiting for us, along with fresh eggs laid by the hens in the quaint chicken house visible from the sunny meditation room. We enjoyed our morning coffee, a special blend ground fresh by the hosts Lisa and Larry, in that same meditation room or sitting in the hammock chairs just feet from the door, an audience to the sometimes animated and sometimes sleeping ducks. We indulged in the offered enhancements of a dinner prepared by Larry, an executive chef and a luxury picnic that lasted us more than two days. The linens were richly comfortable, everything in the cottage was top-of-the-line, and the decor was all lovingly chosen by Lisa. We’re already searching for dates to return to Hobbs and Rose and even though we don’t yet know when we’ll be going back, we can’t wait.

The details in Michelle’s place were all very carefully thought through, making the stay so enjoyable. It is a beautiful renovation of a historic house with all the extras considered. We were grateful to have found it! Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time my colleagues and I have stayed at Mircea's. She is extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. Her place is immaculate, modern and feels comfortable from the moment you enter. Was another great stay and if we head back to the area will definitely book again!

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2024. Keith and his wife were there to meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. Very nice people. It's an older house, but it's in good shape. We felt at home once we unpacked. The beds are VERY comfortable--we slept great. Good internet connection. No troubles with any fixtures or equipment. One bathroom is quite small, but we made it work. Convenient to restaurants and shopping--there's a Texas Roadhouse, a Chinese restaurant and a Walmart across the street, a grocery store one stoplight away. Also convenient for us because family lives in Fruitland within a 5 minute drive. The house is on a main road, but we never had trouble making left turns out of the driveway. Turn right and you're a few minutes from the bypass, turn left and you're a block from the main business route through Fruitland and Salisbury. It was a good place to stay.

This was an incredible find for our yearly family vacation. Stepping in to the Watson House was like stepping back in time. We loved the history behind this place and all the books to support how amazing this area is. The location is perfect- within walking distance of the theatre, restaurants, grocery store, and plenty of coffee shops. Annette was a fantastic host who gave us clear instructions and some helpful tips to navigate the house.

What a lovely, peaceful place! My daughter & I so enjoyed this beautifully appointed cottage. The water, snacks, toiletries were appreciated! The property was quiet; a good location to get to many nearby areas to explore. The only thing we missed was seeing any farm animals & the dog! Marsha was very prompt in responding to questions. We are frequent AirBnB travelers, & this was one of our best experiences. Highly recommend!
