We absolutely loved staying at Elanda’s beautiful cottage. It was so surreal. The nature around you is stunning and so peaceful. We felt so at home and extremely relaxed from start to finish. The view is so much better than any picture can display and the cottage has everything and more we could need. Elanda was a wonderful host and answered every question we had. She welcomed us and made our stay so comfortable. We were already planning our next trip back while being there.

We enjoyed our stay at Elzette and Morné from A-Z. Started with excellent and quick communication. Great the offer that you can order a dinner prepared by the hosts from different possibilities. The ostrich meat with vegetables and sauces was delicious - we enjoyed it in the nice seating area in front of the apartment. From there you can see a brooding ostrich couple, birds that come picking food, an hermitage couple on their morning tour of the farm: We enjoyed this rural environment very much - and that Morne took the time to guide us through the grounds and explain the ostrich breeding. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely furnished and equipped, the bed very good. But the best thing about the stay was Morne and Elzette, the conversations with them - you can tell that for them, caring for guests is a matter of heart and passion!

We booked a stay at Harriet’s place when we signed up for Meiringspoort half marathon. It was beautiful and felt like home away from home. Spacious and clean. Harriet and John were extremely welcoming. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed overnight at Jan's Grysbok Country House on our way to Cape Town - the house is huge with lots of space for big groups, and well equipped with a very nice outdoor braai area. Jan and his wife Karen were very friendly and welcoming hosts. The 2 grysbok in the garden are wonderful to see up close, as are the fallow deer in the adjoining field. Lots of birdlife in the garden too.

A serene outdoor space features a private plunge pool surrounded by wooden decking. Lounge chairs sit alongside a rustic dining table set beneath a pergola made of natural materials. The area is enclosed, offering a peaceful retreat enhanced by greenery and modern design.

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Prince Albert. The house exceeded our expectations, it is very private and quiet. We had a great stay with our family of 4. We were especially grateful for the pool and aircons in the December heat. All the shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance making it easy to explore the town on foot.

A Perfect Romantic Getaway in Oudtshoorn My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming little cottage in Oudtshoorn for three nights, and it was absolutely magical. The cottage is beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a cozy and romantic atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the mountains, which provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The hot tub was an added luxury, perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploring. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a secluded and romantic getaway, making it feel like a home away from home. Nathalie was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more special. We will definitely return to this hidden gem whenever we need to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Highly recommended!

This property exceeded all expectations, it’s stunning! Lovely quiet area, safe gated parking in particular is a bonus for travellers with hired cars. The property is much larger than the photos, cool and airy and beautifully furnished. Stunning bathroom with an amazing shower and lovely toiletries provided. The entire place is beyond spotlessly clean. The kitchen area has everything and more you need. If staying in cooler months the wood burning stove is a lovely touch. We were there in February and the A/C was welcomed. Hennie and Madeline are fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful. They have a lovely gentle collie dog and some pet sheep which wander around the olive trees. The outside seating area is lovely and cool and the olive trees outside the property were lovely. The property is very handy for lovely restaurants and shops and lovely attractions. We wished we had stayed more than 2 nights. This property exceeds value for money. We will stay longer on our next trip.

A lovely home for a Prince Albert getaway. We loved the safe garden for our fur babies and the pool was a bonus considering the Karoo heat. This place has air conditioning as well in all 3 rooms which work well.

This is truly one of the most stunning places I have ever stayed when it comes to nature on your doorstep. We loved it and hope to return as soon as possible

We had everything we needed regarding crockery, cutlery, towels, linen, etc. The Airbnb was extremely clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we will definitely save this for a next time!

Lorna, who manages Geduld, met us at the house and showed us around. She was very helpful and gave us suggestion for restaurants with vegetarian options. The house was lovely and spacious with everything one might need, and a great stoep and outside braai area to sit and chat around. All the restaurants are within walking distance and we went to the Green Prince Gin Bar for a drink and some veggie burgers. All in all, a great stay.

We loved staying at PurePlaas. It was perfectly peaceful and private. Sonja was a great host and we loved chatting with her. We also loved her 2 beautiful, friendly dogs! The space had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We could have easily spent a week or more there. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jude and Bryan’s place - the place itself was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well located. It also has a great bbq/braai area - with a really great butcher just across the street. They were extremely responsive and provided some really great recommendations - including connecting with a local guide to see Gamkaskloof - which was truly a memorable experience. They also provided lots of recommendations for places to see and do, including for someone without a car. I would stay here again without question and would recommend to others - a visit to this place and to Prince Albert is highly recommended.

The unit itself is a very well appointed self-catering venue adjacent to a stunning little gallery. It's situated in beautiful little hamlet set amongst farms and mountains. We have stayed in so many Airbnb’s in SA, the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Mexico and Canada & this Airbnb totally exceeded our expectations! The design of the accommodation is wonderful and so well thought out. The bed was vast & so comfy - massive tick ✔️Also the responsiveness & kindness of the host - Dee was fantastic. We loved relaxing at the pool & just chilling.

Very enjoyable farm stay with a very friendly and hospitable family, surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is not big but comfortable and has anything you need for a short break. Especially loved the hot tub, which the hosts kindly fired every night for me - what pleasure to relax in hot water and admire the night sky full of stars! Louis and his family are such open, friendly and hospitable people - it is a privilege to have been given an opportunity to be their guest. The farm is not far from Oudtshoorn and is easily accessible, I was given clear instructions and had no problem at all finding the place. Great stay overall.
