The location of the Airbnb was great and everything was within walking distance of the public transport was just around the corner. The host was very friendly and communicative and was able to answers any concerns or question very quickly. The overall Airbnb matched the images really well. I spent a week with my little dog in Pascale and Thierry's apartment. Everything was as described in the listing and I felt at home. The apartment is nice and quiet, and the small garden is a downside. In addition, you just have to go out to walk along the Thiou where you are surrounded by nature and to go into town, you can use the bus that is close by. Communication was great, every question I asked was answered quickly by Pascale. My first experience with Airbnb was very positive and I can only recommend Pascale and Thierry.

We enjoyed ourselves in this apartment, clean, very well located, close to the village square and views of the mountains! We enjoyed the covered pool as well as the sauna, these are real + after a day of walking. The apartment was clean, spacious and very pleasant to stay in. We will be back!

We stayed at Jean-Pierre’s house over Christmas and we had an amazing time. There was lots of snow which made it even nicer. The house is beautifully decorated and super cosy. It has a massive outdoor space with bbq and a fireplace inside. Jean-Pierre was so kind to leave some Christmas decorations for us so we can feel at home and even left some food for us to have breakfast on the first day with a welcome bottle of wine and chocolate. We would love to go back and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Chamonix and Geneva.

The place is exactly as described. Tiny but everything you need is there. The hosts were super friendly and everything was super clean. You can really tell that they spend a lot of attention to detail. I went for two day ski trip, one day Grand Massif (only 20 minutes by car, less than advertised) and one day Chamonix (40 minutes). The mattress on the large bed could be softer would be my only small remark. But overall the house is very much worth the money.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much Carine. The accommodation is great there were 7 of us and we had room. Check-in was simple with clear instructions. The place is peaceful, very clean. Fully equipped and well-equipped bathroom, the stove has a super pleasant granule, the bedding is very good, the outside is very nice and 40 minutes from Semnoz station and 18 minutes from Annecy, perfect location. Carine is very responsive and not at all intrusive. Thanks again for a lovely weekend at your place

Lovely garden with the pool and zipline. Very peaceful. Plenty of parasols to hide from the August heatwave we had! Plenty of space inside. Parking.

Coming from Paris, to change the landscape we were delighted. The accommodation is very well located and close to amenities, Christophe was able to guide us and recommend activities to do. A plus for us the wifi did not work and I thank Orange for it I did not touch my phone for the 4 days and its doing good... I highly recommend Christophe's place and plan to go back as soon as possible

christine's place is impeccable, everything is well thought out. we were welcomed by Nathalie a real really adorable pearl. and what about the location I fell in love with it between lake and mountain we had snow with my children we had stars in our eyes. we recommend this place and just beautiful place

It was our 2nd time here. The place is still cozy and well-equipped, and the location is excellent. That part I can highly recommend. Unfortunately this year we had a not nice experience with the concierge service (different from last year, if I understand it correctly). There is a self-check-in mentioned on Airbnb, one year ago we checked in with the lockbox, but this year when we've already arrived at the building, it turned out that we needed to pick up the keys from their office first, and they didn't inform us in advance. Also, the kitchen cleaning wasn't included in the price, which wasn't such a big deal for us, as we kept the kitchen clean anyway. But it was weird to find out at the check-out that it is mandatory to leave the dishwasher empty and to be asked to unload the dishwasher that didn't finish working and the dishes were still in soap. I would say that the place itself is still worth it but it would be fair to mention these details.
