Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Prescott Valley

Spotless, brand new everything, I loved the kitchen space, the bedroom, laundry, bathroom layout. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Zero clutter anywhere! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Hanks place was cozy, spacious, easy to find, and in a great location! Very walkable to downtown/the square and a quick drive to anything you’d want within Prescott. It had everything you needed, the house was clean and welcoming, and the bed was super comfy! Hank communicated everything I needed to know without me even having to ask, check-in/check-out was private, and overall it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time using an airbnb. We were traveling, and when our route changed, we had no place to stay. Brooke was amazing and responded to our inquiry right away even though it was so late. The home was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was so homey and comfortable. I loved and appreciated the little touches - everything from the way the paper products were folded, the new sponge for dishes, the decor, tea/coffee supplies, s'more stuff, the shower supplies available to use, the faux plants & lemons on the counter. The home was so clean and everything was so organized. The view was great. The beds were comfortable. The communication was top notch. We loved our time exploring Jerome, Sedona, and the drive to see the amazing Bearizona. We would stay here again if we were ever back in this area. ❤️

Eva’s place was very comfortable. We loved the bed and everything else. The Wi-Fi is spotty, and the contact or communication minimal. But the place is very peaceful and away from the hustle bustle of town.

I absolutely loved staying at the Storybook Schoolhouse 1! The location is perfect - literally minutes away one can explore Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood! Not to mention, Sedona is only 15 minutes away! Wendy is an exceptional Host! She was so incredibly helpful in offering assistance and guidance during my six week stay at her lovely Schoolhouse! I couldn't have asked for a better Host! Thank You, Wendy!

Our stay at Camille’s place was the perfect weekend escape! She was a thoughtful and attentive host, and the space itself was incredibly cozy. We felt relaxed the entire time. The bed was easily one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. We loved playing games in the charming little nook, soaking in the perfectly sized hot tub, and swinging on the bed swing while watching the snow fall - such a magical April moment!

Very clean. Plenty of room for 7 of us. The only downside is 1 bathroom and 7 people, but we knew what we were getting with that. Kids loved the swings and we had the perfect little outdoor set up for our evening dinner.

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at Spencer’s house, it had everything we needed, and catered for all our needs. We will definitely visit again!

What a cute, eclectic, cozy home. My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We were so happy to be walking distance to so much fun! I’m not sure if it’s there year round, but the food truck “park” off Willis was awesome. Having a fully fenced yard for dogs was how we picked this house. The having an outdoor fire pit was awesome, even though we didn’t use it. I loved the firmness of the mattress !

This location was ideal. Our daughter’s soccer tournament was directly across the street. The proximity of nearby stores and restaurants enhanced our weekend experience. Prescott was conveniently accessible via Uber and offers a vibrant nightlife. We will undoubtedly consider staying here again.

Great place to stay! The house was nice and clean! Was exactly what we needed for a wedding weekend minus an iron and ironing board. Thankfully, there was a Walmart close by for that. Would definitely book this place again!!

We had a great two-night stay at Jeffrey’s place in Prescott! The house was very comfy, clean, and located in a quiet and convenient area. It was really spacious with three comfortable bedrooms, plenty of room for our family to relax. The house had all the amenities we needed, and it was very kid-friendly too, which we really appreciated. Jeffrey was a great host, communicative, helpful, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prescott and would love to stay here again!

Aaron' place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The home had a great outdoor space and a large yard. I am extremely happy renting Aaron's place. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone that wants to visit Prescott or the surrounding areas.

We needed a location that had flexible single bed options. A room with bunk beds was fantastic!! The house was super clean, beautifully landscaped, very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and our wedding venue!!

Melanie's place was beautiful and matched the pictures perfectly. The view every morning was breathtaking, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, and deck. We easily walked to many restaurants and shops on Whiskey Row and enjoyed the music and dancing. Watson Lake Park is a very short drive and has incredible hiking paths. We would love to stay here again!

Exactly what we needed for our trip to Prescott! We were there for a soccer tournament and required a nice, easy place to stay. This location was very close to downtown and other hotels, making it super convenient. Easy access, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Wendy is an amazing host & her home is exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Wendy herself is responsive at all times, friendly, accommodating, and a delight to work with. I would absolutely rent from her again.

As described, great views of the Verde Valley from a very nice space. Well equipped and furnished. Parking was always available on this private street. The outdoor spaces were great! Brandon was extremely proactive/responsive.

Our stay there was wonderful! We needed a last minute place to stay and Sunny was able to accommodate. We didn’t have Wi-Fi at first but Sunny was quickly able to rectify the situation!

This place has the best view of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Stunning! What an amazing thing to wake up to. Place is comfortable and clean. Just steps to everywhere in Jerome. I would highly recommend.

This house was great! The place everything we needed. Melanie was very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. She was also very accommodating and understating with an issue I had. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
