Salvatore's place is charming and good location. Salvatore is a very responsive and easy to communicate host. It even allowed us to stay longer than expected in the property.

For a family vacation we were wonderfully well in Charlene's cottage. A very warm house, on arrival the cottage was already heated, lots of things on site. A well-equipped kitchen. We loved taking advantage of the fireplace with the small touch of wood already ready outside. Everything was perfect. I would recommend it 100%

A beautiful, large family house with a large and fully furnished kitchen. Barely a living room (approx. 3×3 meters, next to the front door), so limited seating comfort. 7 bedrooms including 4 with a double bed (140 cm wide) and 3 with 2x single bed. Terrace next to the front door and a large terrace next to the house, both sunny. No garden (should you bring your dog, pay close attention). On the ground floor and in the attic a bathroom, toilets on all floors. The house is some distance away on a main road (gives some noise), near the center of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe; you can go buy walking bread or eat out in one of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings with mountains (Mont Charvin and views of Mont Blanc on several walks), swimming lake in Flumet, variety of lifts that are open. 1.15 hours drive to Annecy train station, approx. 45 minutes drive to Albertville. WiFi available. No washing machine (laundry nearby), no TV. Very friendly, helpful hostess!

We just spent a week in Fred's place and nothing to say. You can go there without a second thought. Clean and as described. Fred is available and very responsive. Funicular is only a 4-minute drive away. Barrier at the top of the stairs for the little ones. I recommend 100%, we hope to come back again next year.

Beautiful clean modern home, better than described! Very comfortable beds. Joyful space for our family. Easy outdoor ski storage, comfortable living room, well appointed kitchen. Great quiet location, but easy to walk to everything!

We had a very pleasant stay in Laurence's chalet. Ideally located on the slopes, start and return on skis. This location is for those looking for peace and proximity to nature. I warmly recommend this atypical place hoping to return.

Very pleasant stay for a week in a spacious two-bedroom very comfortable accommodation. We were the parents of two young girls and the space was perfect. The living room/kitchen is also great with a really well equipped kitchen; coffee maker, pans, pots and cutlery in sufficient number, raclette machine, kettle, toaster….Thewhole place was very clean. The proximity to the village center and the shuttle make it a sure asset, not to mention the magnificent views of the mountains. In a few minutes, access to the shuttle is available and the arrival at the departure of the slopes as well as ESF is in about ten minutes. A room also allows you to drop off skis, which can also be rented on the way to the slopes. Thank you to the owners for this listing. Recommended without hesitation!

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and a warm cozy feel. Everything we needed as guests was on hand, which made our stay seamless and very relaxing. Would recommend to anyone who wants a convenient ski-in ski-out holiday and only a few minutes walk into the heart of Megeve. Perfect!

Very nice week stay in Michel's chalet, close to the Domaine du Grand Massif in 10 min, either by shuttle or by car with ample parking available (but paying without being excessive since this year), and a few hundred meters from the beginner Sixt slopes, perfect for introducing children. Regarding the chalet, everything is done by Michel for your comfort and welcome, the chalet is ideal for a family with 2 children who can have their own spaces in separate bedrooms. No wifi, no TV, but DVDs, games and reading for everyone, allow us to have a warm time. Don't hesitate to put your bags there, Go!

Simply amazing place; perfect for a family of skiers. Very spacious, tastefully arranged, with fantastic views, just a dream. Better than the pictures. Practicality-wise, kitchen is very well equipped, utility room and pantry are separate, and there's both washer and dryer. En-suite shower is really nice, and family bathroom is spacious and has separate toilet. Foyer has heated floor and plenty of space for skiing gear. Overall, much more spacious and comfortable place than typical chalet in the area. Isabelle was very helpful to arrange snowmobile for our luggage on check-in and check-out. If you are skiing, and Bettex lift is working - the access is just perfect, but even with lift not yet opened (as in our case) it's a breeze to ski to the cabines down and then via Finance piste back. For restaurants and local grocery after ski it was a short sporty walk. Couldn't be happier with our stay - recommended.

Very nice apartment. Well located, its balcony in the sun a real plus. Well appointed and tastefully decorated, it feels good. We'll be happy to go back.

10/10!! The cottage is super well located, in a beautiful and super quiet area, and close to the center (20min walk). Otherwise, buses pass 5 minutes from the chalet. It's a cozy cottage, it feels good, there were 2 of us and we didn't find it too small. Big plus for the terrace facing the forest. We can't wait to come back 😸😸😸😸😸

A stunning chalet in the most beautiful of surroundings! Very homely with all the amenities you need. We came with 2 kids and the chalet had everything we would need as a family, with plenty of toys to keep everyone entertained. The views from the chalet are breathtaking and it’s so easy to get to Flaine and Les Carroz from there. The walks near by are also perfect, especially for little hikers. The mountain views from the apartment were amazing. It was a short 10m drive into the town center, restaurants and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.
