Great place. The unit is on a high floor in a condominium complex. checking in is very simple. There is a small office by the front door and the helpful staff gave me key cards to access the main entrance and the room. My host was super responsive the entire time and also helped resolve an issue with the door extremely quickly (some of the bolts on the lock were loose, host sent a handyman, and it was fixed within 2 hours of reporting the issue). Great place, would recommend. one thing to note is the condominium policies don't allow short term guests (people who stay less than 30 days) to access the gym or invite guests over. Wifi is extremely fast.

Great Airbnb located in Ari. Perfect for being in a quiet, hip neighborhood near plenty of great food and coffee (literally across the street from an amazing coffee shop). The apartment is extremely well kept and comfortable and was a perfect place to do work with so many great food options within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Ari neighborhood!

Very responsive host, any issues were resolved instantly. Spacious apartment with a great city view. It is very convenient to get to the center without traffic on the public boat on the river channel. Definitely worth the money, I recommend it.

Excellent unit, awesome area, next to great night markets and 2 24/7 7-11s! close to subway and and super easy to get to from the airport, i would very recommend :)

Host is accommodating and very responsive. He was around to help us check in when we arrived at 10pm. Apartment is as described. Clean and well maintained. 500m walk to Thonglor BTS.

We had an amazing stay. It was our first time in Thailand and our host was amazing, quick to respond, accommodating and made our check in very smooth . The location was great there was so much to do and it was a short walk from the BTS. Would definitely recommend if your staying in the area.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was quiet yet central, with a nice view, and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the BTS station, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Close to Chong Nonsi station. Cafes, 7 eleven, markets close by for breakfast and food/drink! Felt safe in the neighbourhood and had a lovely stay! Would consider staying here when we come back in the future!

The Airbnb host was fantastic, with quick and responsive communication. I highly recommend this place—it's in a great location near Thonglor, away from the central traffic. The apartment itself was wonderful, with only a few minor damages that didn't bother me at all. The views were beautiful, and the pool was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Great location, right in the middle of the Nana neighborhood with bustling nightlife and plenty of restaurants around. The staff were also very friendly and left the place squeaky clean everyday! Highly recommended.

Wendy’s stay was absolutely fabulous. The amenities are amazing and I felt extremely safe with 24/7 security on the property. It’s a pet friendly condo, but you do have to enter through the service elevator if you have your dog with you, which wasn’t a problem at all. Wendy and Maxspace set us up with a driver during our stay and were always immediately responsive with every request. Plenty of restaurants and stalls around, plus two 711s (one you can see from the room). Shuttle to BTS and MRT every 30 minutes were very helpful. Wifi is more than strong. The main bedroom mattress is very hard, but the other bed is soft. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to leave a couple days early, but Wendy made the checkout process so easy, especially since I was in a rush. Overall, fantastic stay and great area!

Great value for money. The building and apartments both look very modern and clean. Didn't see any bug in there, even not an ant. The mattress and the pillows are also very clean. They look very new. The gym is well equipped for a non-commercial gym, and there is also a commercial gym 5 minutes walk away. When you get out of the building there are many stores and restaurants. The staff that work in the building are very nice and helpful. The washing machine is also a dryer which saves a lot of time. Right in front of the building, there is a good hospital which, unfortunately, I had to use its service. The internet is always very fast. The cons are that during the first few days, the host wasn't responsive and it is impossible to lock the door of the balcony. Besides that the experience there was perfect and I definitely might come back in the future.

Our stay was amazing. Nuttama's place was beautiful. It was clean & well maintained. I didn't have any issues cooking for my toddler. The kitchen was well equipped. Nuttama was responsive to any queries & concern we had. The location of the listing is amazing. There were many nearby malls & restaurants. We didn't have any issues in finding the listing. If we visit Thailand again we would definitely book this listing again.

Salvatore and dannie were very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 4. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Salvatore’s. Definitely will be back again.

Christophe's Condo was clean and well taken care of, great location with everything you need (7/11, Tops, restaurants, massage, all in about 10mins walk) yet very peaceful. The view from the rooftop is unbeatable (topnotch) Christophe himself was very kind, I asked many questions before I booked the apartment, and did same after I booked 😅 and even continued with my questions while in the apartment, yet he was patient with me, remained friendly and answered all my questions and gave em some recommendations. If you're looking for something quiet and private but yet in a busy area, then you're at the right place.

This was well worth the money and a great place to stay. It is definitely a bit smaller than it seems in the pictures though. I read through all the previous reviews and was worried about a few of the items others have listed, but he seems to have addressed them all. The only thing I didn't notice when booking is the way real complaint I have is nearby train runs inconveniently sometimes.

Very nice place . Easy to check in and stay

This was a perfect place, the flat but also the amenities in the building. The pool is Olympic size, a nice fitness and some tennis courts. The people working at the residence are very nice and helpful. Also a 7 eleven is located just at the entrance. Ern was a very pleasant host. I wish I could come back very soon and enjoy the city from this very confortable nest.
