The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfactory. The entire old village is a jewel set in the greenery, with spectacular views of the woods of the Val di Chiana. The place is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella are very available in communications and suggestions of places to visit and eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped little and the weather was a little capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the exteriors of the farm more. Only small mole: the dishes and the fridge were not really immaculate, but nothing that can't be resolved with a sponge shot. Highly recommended for both a short and long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surroundings.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills! Peaceful but still accessible to everything in area within an hour drive. We were definitely glad to have an SUV as our rental car, as the dirt road into the property is very bumpy. Rosanna was super friendly and accommodating - would definitely recommend staying here!

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Lucrezia’s place, which offers a perfect blend of country charm just outside Florence. It’s conveniently located for a quick drive or train into the city whenever needed. The accommodations are both relaxing and comfortable, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Lucrezia also recommended a fantastic local restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The property’s location is ideal, and I definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

This is our 2nd year in a row at Casa Bada, we have been creating a lot of memories in such magical place, peaceful and beautiful surroundings!! Suzy and her family are amazing great hosts!! We had dinner at Suzy’s house on our arrival..is a must do, we had the best italian family dinner, amazing food and very cozy and peaceful! Can’t wait to come back in summer!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Super ,clean and tidy accommodation,it really felt like home!! We will remember it for a lot!!I often go around and always use ABB as a platform,and I stayed in many places ,but this time it was truly unique. This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 5 people. Very clean and close to downtown.

This is my third stay in this unit. I choose to stay here 3 years in a row. The apartment is as described and Tarcisio is a great host. He is very responsive if you have questions or comments. The only downside is that this is on a busy street so at times it is quite noisy. The good news is that if you are out exploring the city it doesn't matter. This is a walkable location to most areas in the city center, 20-25 minutes to most historical sites. If you are not up for walking, there is a taxi app which is very reliable and easy to book taxis.

This is the most recommended place to stay in these few days!It was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and a friendly host!The neighborhood is also very safe, I highly recommend this one ~

Amazing stay! Nicolas is very helpful and gave us a lot of tips of great places to eat, his mother was very nice and gave us best check in experience ever! The place has a lot of space, amazing location and I will recomend to my friends. 10/10 superb!

The apartment was in a good location, less than a kilo meter from the train station. The surrounding was clean and safe. Francesco greeted us at the apartment with a warm welcome. Francesco kindly helped me with luggages, thank you so much. Francesco also prepared marked map, restaurant cards and a nice bottle of Chianti and water! The apartment was large and fully equipped with all the necessities. Federico was so kind and proactive to advise to rebook the train due to the strike. We enjoy 8 nights at Federico apartment and surely would love to come back. Thank you Federico and Francesco!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained, and located right next to the Duomo—just steps away! The highlight is the private terrace, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the cathedral. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, promptly answering all my questions and even providing detailed information about nearby parking options, which was a huge help. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a gem!

This was the loveliest Airbnb we’ve ever visited. Everything was perfect, a compliment I rarely give. My adult daughter questioned whether we could just move in. From the street access to the flat access, we felt safe. Nothing was missed in the renovation . We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after our long day of touring. I would suggest recommending to guests the Citymapper free download to get around city easily which displays where bus 23 & 17 picks up and drops off (right across the street) to get to the Duomo, Central Market, etc. lovely garden below as you sit out. Best choice we ever made. Easy walk to train station. Thank you Francesco and Teresa. Excellent hosts. The pastry treats were a nice touch. I wish we stayed one more day and then went directly to the airport from Florence but we didn’t know how wonderful our home away from home would be.

Lovely and very conveniently located apartment right in the center of Florence and easy walking to everything. Very clean, nice kitchen and 3 well appointed bathrooms. We appreciated the Nespresso machine! Easily accommodated our party of five. One (easy) flight of stairs up. Decent WiFi notwithstanding five users. Note this unit is on a busy street but the noise was pretty minimal and the bedrooms do not face the main Street. The host is extremely responsive to all requests and provided us excellent checkin instructions with photos. Highly recommended!

Patrizia, as a host, and the Allegri loft was simply the best! We are well travelled and experienced with AirBnb and have never experienced such a gracious and informative host before in such a beautifully decorated loft. Also, Cynthia, her cleaning person, was excellent. The loft was very spacious, was in a great location and extremely well stocked. We mean seriously well stocked--to a bottle of wine and prosecco, beer, water, orange juice to laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, sponges, coffee, etc., etc. Patrizia was always there when we needed her and responded very swiftly. We could not have asked for a better host and place to stay on our extended visit. We will definitely choose her place again for our next trip. Piu eccellente!!!

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment is very close to the train station and main things to see in Florence. Amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay at Valentina’s place again!

Nice neighborhood that the locals reside. The space was warm, tasteful and spotless with easy access to the center of Florence or on foot with a comfortable and pleasant route next to the Arno or by public transportation. Inside the price it has private gated parking. The host Gabrielle is immaculate. Thank you so much!

This apartment is located near most of Florence’s many attractions and restaurants. It’s right across from a market that sells leather goods during the day and empties out for musical performances in the evening (done before 11 p). We watched from our room, it was great. The antique walls (frescoes) are beautiful and bathrooms are spotless and modern. The kitchen is exactly what you need; we cooked after shopping in the local market. What makes this place extra special is the host, Lorenzo. He is friendly, very responsive and helpful. He met us there to show us around, answered questions during our stay and met us when leaving. He gave us recommendations for restaurants, helped us get a cab when leaving and even helped when we needed some paperwork printed. He tries hard to make sure that you have what you need and that your stay is enjoyable and in our case, he was successful! We can’t thank him enough.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Florence. It was so cosy and Andrea had really thought of everything to make the stay memorable including many personal recommendations for the area that were so helpful. We would love to return and stay here again.
