House vacation rentals in Pratovecchio

Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Beautiful tranquil villa set in picturesque grounds full of homegrown produce; a true taste of Tuscany. Pool is a perfect size and depth for a workout or just to relax and keep cool. Really useful to have the outside bbq area which we used a lot. Conveniently situated just outside the small town of Reggello with plenty of restaurants to choose from and a good size supermarket that has everything you need. Hosts really friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Felt like a home from home. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing place! I would recommend EVERYONE to go there! Violante and her husband are such nice hosts. We had a wonderful time there and will not hesitate to come back next year. Thanks a lot.

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

The host was very pleasant and hospitable, the location is not bad for visiting during the day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped, fun to work in. We cooked a few times. There are enough dishes. The toilet itself is a bit cramped and close to the shower, but the shower and bathroom are both spacious. We'd go back again

Alessandra’s place was an absolute dream. It’s picturesque with the most gorgeous view of Tuscany hills in a rustic styled rental. She was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay! Would definitely come back here next time we visit!

Beautiful house with amazing views, responsive host and property manager. Little village nearby had one restaurant open for dinner which was delicious. Great place to unwind highly recommend

The complex is in a larger clearing in the middle of the forest. Completely remote and quiet day or night. Pure relaxation. Well-maintained complex. Good kitchen equipment. Tastefully furnished apartment. Great pool. 14x7m. Perfect for a few laps or to romp. Location is perfect for excursions. Florence, Pisa, Siena each about 60 minutes away by car. In and around San Gimignano there are many restaurants with good Tuscan dishes. A reservation is often required if you like to move away from the tourist centers. Shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. External garbage disposal at nearby collection points is a bit annoying. Laura took care of the personal key handover with us and speaks perfect German! All in all 5 stars! We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We used two apartments because we were a group. Clean, quiet, with fenced garden and very close to the Arezzo Equestrian Center. We had a good time and plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Luca is a very friendly and fair owner.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills! Peaceful but still accessible to everything in area within an hour drive. We were definitely glad to have an SUV as our rental car, as the dirt road into the property is very bumpy. Rosanna was super friendly and accommodating - would definitely recommend staying here!

The photos do not capture beauty and character of this place. Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

Very serious and responsive host, apartment equipped with all comforts. Ideal location to reach the center of Florence by bus in about 25 minutes. Easy to find parking on white stripes. Highly recommended.

First time in a Tiny House. Experience to try. Small space where nothing is missing and where everything is thought out accurately. Elena welcomed us with kindness and despite it being on 12/31 she waited for us until 8.15 pm and the next morning allowed us to stay until noon.

Spacious place for a family of 5 - each kid got their own room which they loved. Felt like a place where you can get away from it all. Nice touches. Lovely views. Good Wifi. We found the two full bathrooms great, but our experiance was that we couldn't have the two showers operating at the same time as it affected the water pressure. People who are over 6 foot tall may need to watch their head when going through one of the interior door ways as it is a bit low. Overall we loved the place.
