The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A very nice, charming house with a beautiful garden and a nice little pool. The 1st floor, where the bedrooms and the bathroom are located, is very cozy. The surroundings in and around Bernin are not only a special place during the day, but also in the evening. We really enjoyed our time at maison petite and will certainly return again. We stayed at Christophe and Théo's place for a family holiday. The accommodation was perfect: very clean, neat, tastefully decorated and equipped (with little extras such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, etc.). The house is quiet, pretty with a private courtyard. Access to the swimming pool is easy, as well as the fire pit we loved. We were able to park in their private courtyard. It is next to Christophe and Théo's, who are exceptional hosts. Welcoming, good advice, we were able to communicate easily. The bread was deposited to us every morning, we were conquered by this attention. Bedrooms and bathroom access is upstairs. Steep staircase, but the second outside allows for easier access. Comfortable rooms. 5min walk from the city center, full of activities to do! Thank you for a great week, we'll be back to see you! Alizée, Loïc and Philippe

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

We enjoyed our fall stay at Andrew's place. The decor and quality of the amenities are no stranger to it. We took advantage of the great TV and sound system which is very good. Artificial fire is also effective😁. The first bedroom is cosy. Note that the beds in the second bedroom are suitable for children, a little less for very large children (mattress thickness). Location side: many walks are accessible just like the gondola a stone's throw away for skiing!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment!!!!!! The appearance of the building is somewhat dated, but the apartment is stylish and cared for inside with nice details. The kitchen, the bathrooms and the beds are of good quality. Lots of outlets and space to put things away. Very nice playhouse upstairs for the kids. The stairs up are steep but still safe even for our 2-year-old. Good access to the pools. Very nice view, even if the weather is changeable! You can easily walk from the apartment to the elevator. Convenient that the option is provided/no cleaning is provided. Parking is usually available in front of the door and otherwise still close by. Paid WiFi is available through the main building.

This place is absolutely spectacular. The views from every window are like scenes from a movie, truly breathtaking. The location is fantastic, very close to key attractions, which made exploring the area so easy. Communication with Regis was seamless. The apartment itself is beautiful, with lovely amenities that I, unfortunately, didn’t have the time to fully enjoy. I definitely hope to return soon with more time to relax and take it all in. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further, this is hands down the best option.

The apartment is in a very convenient location for everything Chamonix has to offer. The view is stunning and the apartment is a good size with 2 great bathrooms and is very clean. Ian was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful when we could not park on arrival ( event in town meant it was very busy). The apartment is in town so lots of choice for eating out and we also did a bit of self- catering and found the equipment to be just right for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.
