It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

The bathroom is large, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The beds are not extremely comfortable, but they are not uncomfortable. It is important to bring linen and towels as the place does not provide. The location is closer to the Itaguaçu beach than to Ubatuba, in a quiet and familiar neighborhood, with not yet paved street. Although not a tourist area, there are nearby markets, bakers and snack bars, which was very practical. In addition, the region's prices are more affordable, which is a positive point. The house is spacious, simple, but very comfortable and complete, and cozy. Perfect for rest! Wellington was very attentive and patient with our check-in, even with the delay. At the check-out, everything went well. I recommend it for those seeking peace of mind and convenience.

Clean and organized place. The house is identical to the photos, with new and modern furniture. Fully equipped house. The leisure area is perfect. I just found it away from the beach… to bring chairs and sun umbrellas better by car. The beach site near the house is very quiet, with no restaurants and street vendors attending on the beach. A Pri is a sweetheart and answers very quickly to questions.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.
