Our stay was excellent, fit like the photos, clean, organized and complete, very welcoming host, excellent location. we felt at home.

If you are looking for a complete place to stay with your family… this is the apartment!!! Extremely clean, new furniture, excellent location we went every day on foot with my 5-year-old daughter and an elderly man, air-conditioning running in all rooms, full kitchen, condo and janitors ok, host always responded promptly…. Traveling and enjoying good times without having any problems is wonderful so I recommend the apartment….

The Dirce site is excellent, spacious, comfortable (air-conditioning in all bedrooms, large living room and table, full kitchen), very well located (a beach block, nearby supermarkets, quiet). It has no elevator and there are two flights of stairs (if you are with someone with mobility difficulties), which I was promptly informed by Dirce as soon as I said I would go with my parents (in fact, the communication with the host was excellent). The city easily accommodates eight people in a comfortable way. We'll definitely be my hosting option if I come back.

The Airbnb Review Cátia's place is just perfect! The location is excellent, just 80 meters from the beach, which makes everything very practical. The place is impeccably clean, organized and extremely functional. The outdoor environment is charming, with an atmosphere of connection to nature. It is a delight to watch the birds that appear, especially if you leave some fruit for them. This space is family-friendly, offering all the amenities you need, including chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the beach in comfort. In addition, Cátia was an amazing host, welcoming us warmly and attentively. I recommend with closed eyes for those looking for a quiet, well-equipped place with a special touch of nature! We're definitely going back.

We were in 15 people, the house is very large, a living room with a dining table in a unique environment, where it brought pleasant moments between friends. The house with top quality items, rooms all with impeccable bedding and bathrooms. Very wide external areas, both covered and uncovered. Kitchen fully equipped with first quality electroportateis. We love our days we hope to return soon!

The house is super cozy and mega-equipped, has all the utensils, very quiet and safe condominium. It is close to markets, cellars and pharmacies. The host João always requests it. No doubt some of Ubatuba's best accommodations.

It was our second stay at Chris's place in less than 1 year! We fell in love with the house and the kindness with which we were treated by her. The house is great, complete kitchen structure, good and comfortable bathrooms, spacious rooms, good beds and a very good common space to go in larger groups as we were. This is the fourth time my family and I have stayed at the Reservation!! Without a doubt, of all the aps. we have already stayed this one was what we liked the most so far! Very well decorated and equipped! Mauro always very requested, empathetic with us. The week we were gas from the whole building was under maintenance, and he was always worried about our stay. About the gas was solved 1 hour after we arrived at the apartment, remembering that it was not a problem with his apartment but the whole building! The brewery makes a huge difference to freeze the drinks! About the building, one of the hot tubs was under maintenance, only one working! We went during the week so we were able to use it, from Friday it was more complicated! The controls of the tbm game room were not loaded, the pool of hot water tbm was not heating up. Sao things that didn't get in the way, but that if they had 100% working because we had 3 wil most used! But it was perfect! I would recommend it!

My stay was very good, the apartment and the condominium are great. I went in a cold period, so the fun of the children was guaranteed, even without going to the beach, as the condominium offers several leisure options and the apartment is very cozy and spacious.

All perfect! It was very easy to proceed when we arrived because Claudia gave us all the information before the day of the trip. The apartment was very clean, wonderful, well decorated. Makes you want to live rsrsrs We stayed on a holiday weekend, but we couldn't extend the trip much because of appointments and Cláudia was the only one that allowed us to book only two nights when all the other apartment hosts in this condominium were asking for at least three nights. The condominium is wonderful too, very organized and full of things to do... it is very worth it. I will definitely search this apartment again when I return to Ubatuba.
