Claudia is kind, generous, always ready to listen and available to help with whatever you need . Qdo VC enters the flat and sees the view of the sea you forget everything, that doesn't even need it for + nothing. Rs . Daria 10 stars in everything. If you want a quiet place to relax , with a beautiful view and a practically private beach. Feeling worthwhile rent. You won't regret it, it's worth every investment. In addition, the decoration of the flat is beautiful, it is well equipped, well taken care and this makes the days + pleasant to be in a place like that. Vc may surprise the road that leads you to the flat + I have ctz that when you arrive at the destination you will say it was worth it and just as I will want to come back whenever I can. 🤍 The view with the balcony is wonderful, 🌅

Very clean apartment, super-scented and impeccable bed and bath linens! Great location! And the key piece was the air conditioner (it was too hot), the air conditioner really saved too much! Sérgio responds quickly! I'll definitely come back more times!

Great space , exactly as Gecé is in the photo Gecé was very attentive and passed all the possible information complete kitchen, comfortable rooms, hot shower TV took all channels single point that maybe it could have for improvement and an air conditioner nothing else that hindered my stay because if you leave the windows open enough wind and also have a fan , you can rent without error .

Excellent apartment a few minutes walk from the stunning Praia das Dunas with beach views from the side balcony. Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle yet easily walkable to a plethora of restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with all amenities thought of for entertaining, cooking, etc. Very helpful and friendly host who knows the area and provided some really good suggestions on things to do. Highly recommended!

I loved the ap , very clean , Nadia was very attentive . If you for warmth I recommend taking a fan, because it was very hot and the ceiling fan was not flowing . Close to everything is a quiet neighborhood. I plan to come back more often

It was wonderful to be able to reunite the family at Andrea's home. She promptly answered all our questions and requests. The location of the house is perfect, very close to the beach and the street of stones. Daianni was amazing every day, it made us feel like we were in a hotel. Very nice accommodation, a very quiet place near the beach, although it is true that it is not very close to the tourist center, it is easy to get there and move from one place to another. Uber is quick and cheap.

I loved the place, my pets loved the backyard is big, the condominium is calm and safe with good access to the beaches. The house is clean and everything very organized. Adriana is a love I felt at home.

The apartment is just like the photos, although it is a little far from downtown in season it is the best because there are not so many people. Bernard and Clara were very attentive throughout your stay. We were changed a mattress immediately and in front of any queries, they responded immediately. Also Fabio, the doorman, was very attentive.

The second time we spent the summer in Cabo Frio, more precisely in this apartment. In addition to the location being near the feirinha, the apartment is facing the beach. Municipality has no sea view, but only cross and a few meters you are with the pe in the sand. Internet works well, all appliances in good shape. So we think this time that the air-conditioning of the suite was a little noisy but it didn't get in the way. I recommend it to families in need of good location and security.

The accommodation has an excellent location (one block from the beach), the view is beautiful, the neighborhood was safe, supermarkets, pantries and pharmacies nearby, the very quiet pool, family atmosphere, has games to do like ping pong, pool table and cards, for the kids there is also soccer and basketball court. The restaurants are a 10-minute walk away and are very good. All in all, we had a good time. We recommend.

Excellent location, we were able to do everything on foot, both for the beach and the center. The apartment is great, with excellent pressure in the shower and kitchen utensils available, although there is no linen. We were in the family and we were very well received by Mrs. Rai and Mr. Francisco, both very friendly and attentive. Fabio was also very quick to respond when I needed something. The hostess Sônia was always available to meet us. Very helpful and a person's love. We love our stay. Clean house, all rooms with ceiling fans, complete kitchen items. The condominium is safe and has everything : bakery , courts and soccer fields, a lot of green space. Great for walking and for those who have children and dogs.

The apartment is central, excellent location, communication with Luli was quick and smooth. Excellent to have the option to enter through the patio with an external shower to clean the sand after the beach. My only negative criticism would be that the water pressure could be better in the bathrooms, but everything was excellent.
