Very good apartment, comfortable, clean, great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, good dishes, I loved it because it had a shower, for wet clothes. I just missed a pressure cooker, for those who will stay for more days, and need to cook. After all, we spent very good days. I'll be back next time, no doubt.

Great space! Maria Georgina is a lovely person, she answered all the messages quickly, helped us in everything we needed. Airbnb is a 30-minute walk from the old town, it's a very quiet walk because it's all safe there. The only problem we had was the lack of light, but it was something that affected the whole city because of the summer rains. Anyway, the house is perfect, totally clean and with everything you need! I highly recommend!!

Impeccable house, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, balcony exactly as it describes the ad. Privileged view of the marina and the sea. Illuminated and exploded sunsets. On our arrival we were surprised with cracked fruit, mineral water and nespresso coffee. The house super-equipped with all available appliances, dishes, ect. Bed linens of excellent quality and available for exchange. Every investment is worth. Patricia the attentive and available host. We had an inconvenience from the last day of our stay, they hit one of our cars that was properly parked in front of the house. We activated the hostess who promptly attended the site and provided all support so that we could continue the trip with the car (even if it were). The condominium support staff also helped in what was possible. But so far the condominium has not returned, nor has it spoken to identify the person responsible. In this regard, we did not find support for solution.

What an amazing experience, we went in 4 , me and my husband , my father and my stepmother, the house extremely equipped and comfortable, we felt at home, as if we were in the house of a relative. 🥹 Amazing place in addition to the hospitality of Gian and his cute pets, the staff also super careful giving tips and suggestions that further improved our tour! Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at a place owned by Rosa, and I couldn't help but share my experience. This place stood out for its tranquility, privileged location and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The noise of the city seemed distant, giving way to the singing of birds and the gentle murmur of nature. It is the perfect destination for those looking to rest and recharge their energies away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And still have the pleasure of meeting amazing beaches.

If you are in doubt about booking this place, don't hesitate! We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Although the site has a rustic style, the space is impeccable, well equipped and super cozy. It is situated in a caiçara community, overlooking the sea. You wake up and sleep with a breath-taking view. Suellen and Ozias are super attentive, they answered all our questions before the trip and, during their stay, they told us about the local trails. We did everything on foot, but there is also the option of taking boat trips. I recommend and hope to return soon to this paradise. Thank you for providing such a pleasant stay!

The Accommodation is very good and meets the expectations of those who travel to Trindade. It has a structured kitchen, fans, mosquito screens on some windows. One detail is the staircase: For someone with mobility difficulties can be a bit complicated, however, there is a bed on the floor below the mezzanine that can serve this purpose. The house is very close to the beach, Trindade is very small, so everything is very close: Bakery, restaurants, markets, pharmacy. I need to talk here about Fabinho, the host, very helpful and an extremely good guy, has taken care of everything we need. One detail is that, because of a problem in the street wiring, we were without power for a night, but as the electricity company was taking time to resolve, Fabinho went after solving the problem in a particular way, which feels a lot of points with guests. I highly recommend.

They were very pleasant days , for those who are looking for a place to rest and enjoy the beach 🌴 and nature is perfect, everything was as described in the listing, Vanessa is very helpful, she welcomed us very well. If possible we will come back, Paraty is beautiful

The apartment matches the listing. The host responds quickly. Very airy and spacious apto. Great condominium , polite and attentive gatekeepers. Quiet and safe place. My children loved the pools. Apto is well located, has markets, bakery , pharmacy is close to the beach. Super recommend!

Second time we rented Maria's apartment and it was great! The apartment is large, very well equipped, has two bathrooms ( with great showers) and very close to the beach! Also, it accepts pets! A tip for those who rent and prefer a more empty beach with a quiet sea: Praia Grande is a block of the apt practically, but we chose to walk to Tenório Beach (very close too), which is wonderful! Because it is well located, we were able to visit the Red Beach and Toninhas as well. The center is very close (by car) with great options of restaurants, has a large shopping mall and supermarkets (Sugar bread, for example). Near the apartment there are groceries, wineries, bakeries, pharmacies.. everyone can go on foot. The Jefferson employee and the trustee are super solicitos. Maria always answered us quickly, I have nothing to complain about.. we will definitely rent more often!

the apto is very well located, close to everything... mr. Naldo is super attentive and welcomed us very well ( caretaker of the apto) the space is cozy and well-functioning, we had incredible days

The apartment was the same as the listing. Well located. As it is ground floor, the private space is very pleasant. In the condominium there is supermarket, ice cream, bakery. The leisure structure of the condominium is very good. The terrace of the condominium is a spectacle. In the apartment you are well served with kitchen items and appliances.
