Everything was great at Janaina's place! The accommodation is very clean and quiet. A single recommendation is to be sure to separate the garbage in recyclable and not recyclable and at least Provide 2 trash cans. Thanks for the time - we would come back again and again! :)

Adriana was a sympathy and we received it very well. He gave tips on the site and was ready with everything I needed. The condominium is beautiful, the houses in colonial style are a charm. Very green, quiet and safe. A peace. The house is like the description, it served us very well, everything was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The furniture is all wooden, in the style of the house, we feel in a setting. I loved the stay.

Great accommodation, sensational and well located property.

Impeccable house, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, balcony exactly as it describes the ad. Privileged view of the marina and the sea. Illuminated and exploded sunsets. On our arrival we were surprised with cracked fruit, mineral water and nespresso coffee. The house super-equipped with all available appliances, dishes, ect. Bed linens of excellent quality and available for exchange. Every investment is worth. Patricia the attentive and available host. We had an inconvenience from the last day of our stay, they hit one of our cars that was properly parked in front of the house. We activated the hostess who promptly attended the site and provided all support so that we could continue the trip with the car (even if it were). The condominium support staff also helped in what was possible. But so far the condominium has not returned, nor has it spoken to identify the person responsible. In this regard, we did not find support for solution.

The experience at Julio's house was excellent. The house was extremely clean and tidy. The furniture of the house is of great taste, with reclaimed wood furniture all in great taste. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for everyday life. Julio was very attentive from the first contact until the time of departure. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, about 4 km from the historical center and close to the waterfalls. Anyway, we were very pleased with the stay and hope to return one day.

The house far exceeded our expectations. Arriving we were greeted by Andreia and her husband with a beautiful house, extremely clean and well cared for, gave us some information, gave us tips on where to go and left us a delicious cake. All rooms have air conditioning (which is essential in RJ), very spacious and clean bathrooms, the very complete kitchen. Large house with table for eight people, living room with TV and sofa and a great pool, ideal temperature. The location is also very good, right at the entrance of the city, very close to a supermarket, bakery, beverage distributor and baggage. We were in 3 couples, a garage for two large cars but even more fit. We were very comfortable and we just have to thank Andreia. If we go back to Paraty, it will be my first option.

The perfect stay, beautiful house, very well organized and cozy, clean toilets, super-scented towels and comfortable bedding. Well equipped kitchen, still has beach accessories such as chairs and cooler. Near the centrinho, only 10 min of light walking. Super kind and thoughtful hostess.

What an amazing experience, we went in 4 , me and my husband , my father and my stepmother, the house extremely equipped and comfortable, we felt at home, as if we were in the house of a relative. 🥹 Amazing place in addition to the hospitality of Gian and his cute pets, the staff also super careful giving tips and suggestions that further improved our tour! Definitely our best stay in Paraty 🤍 We'll always come back

Very cute little house. By day it really is a little noisy, as they had already mentioned here, because the houses are all very close, but nothing that spoils the tour. And the night was a peace. We recommend it.

Excellent lodging. The house is great, very well equipped, with plenty of space, cozy and located in a quiet place, but relatively close to the historic center (1.5 km). Patrícia is a great hostess, greeted us with sympathy and hospitality and was helpful in everything. Anyway, a great place to enjoy a vacation.

Second time staying at Mário's apartment. Very well taken care of the condominium, with great pools and game room. The staff are very attentive. It's very close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and has markets, pharmacy, pizzeria, gas station, all very close. Mário is a great host, very helpful, passing all the necessary information, and quickly responding to messages. We are grateful first to God, and then to Mario and staff for the wonderful days we spend in this location. Thank you so so much!

The apartment is very good, very clean and organized environment, with all the kitchen utensils necessary for use! Inside the condominium there is a huge pool and very clean. Roberta was very attentive, and clarified all the doubts! I'll definitely come back more often.

Our accommodation was held by the bittencourt co-host who was exceptional throughout our stay. Although he did not need his performance so comprehensively, in everything I needed he was super attentive, he demonstrated proactivity in solving some problems we had and was always clear and clean in his explanations. I would definitely return to some of your accommodations!

Chance sometimes falls like a glove! We found it on Airbnb and came from the countryside of S.P., looking for what exactly we found here. Comfort, coziness and peace. The apartment is great, clean, airy, very pleasant, but what really made the difference was the attention given to us by Nati and Bruna. They really made a difference, they were exceptional. We now have our getaway in Ubatuba. Thank you for the accommodation, cordiality and for making us feel at home.
