The location of the Kátia flat is excellent. Very close to the Recife shopping mall (located on the same street) and the good-trip beach, as well as having everything nearby making it easy to travel in the city. Kátia was flexible and responsive. I'll be back shortly.

Well organized one bedroom apartment that we left at home. Near the market that practice good prices. The building is easy to access the attendants are very kind and the shared structure is very good. The difference is that if you want the ap can be cleaned and tidy every day. Our 6 week stay at Alex's apartment was great. We loved the location..It is quiet and safe and the beach front is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby there are a couple of decent restaurants, good supermarkets and bakeries. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped with good wifi. There is a small pool where you can cool down on a hot day. Our host, Alex, was wonderful. He is friendly, helpful, speaks perfect English and went out of his way to make sure our stay was a happy one.

Practical Flat, very well located next to the Shopping RioMar and the beaches of the southern zone of Recife, easy access to the main roads and with nearby app cars. Gentle host with quick responses, acted immediately whenever necessary. I would rent the apartment again and recommend it.

The space is faithfully like the one described in the announcement. it was very easy to reach there and also access to the site (check in) quiet condominium and safe environment near the good travel waterfront. Great environment for those who are willing to know Recife, as the location is great to go to all points of the city.

Apartment very well furnished and complete kitchen with all kinds of appliances. Bed and bath linen are of very good quality. The building has a great leisure area and is well located, close to restaurants, supermarkets and squares.

Very nice, modern and spacious apartment. The location is close to the beach and other amenities. Friendly, responsive host. If there is one small drawback, the toilet regularly gets clogged up even though we did not throw toilet paper. Fortunately, there is a plunger in the apartment to remedy this problem. Otherwise, everything is great :)

Anny is a wonderful host! 5 stars for her and for her space, all clean, kitchen with all the necessary equipment! 10 minutes walking from the beach, has supermarkets nearby, everything great!!

Wonderful stay, everything was 100% , from first contact to last! The impeccable , neat and smelling apartment has a wonderful view and is next to the mall , the Uber for the sights has been super taken into account ! The apartment has everything you need , including a hairdryer , I loved it and I highly recommend it!

Best hosting experience I've ever had! I chose it for the great comments and really everything was confirmed. All brand new, super clean and well-maintained. The giant TV and the sound system in the room made me feel at a movie theater. It has pool table and other games The top-floor pool is a show apart – you can even see the sea! The apê is even better than in the photos, super equipped, with espresso machine, full kitchen and very comfortable. The hammock on the balcony is perfect for relaxing The condominium has an excellent infrastructure, with mini market, washing machines and even laundry service with delivery – all very practical! Wi-Fi is also super fast, perfect for those who need to work or marathon series without crashing. Perfect location: quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. And the host? Note 10! Clean, tidy and easy to locate apartment. The neighborhood seems to be quiet and there are some nearby establishments such as pharmacy and some restaurants. Our stay was quick and we need to leave early, but we liked it very much.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is very good (really, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) and the host always responds very quickly and with sympathy. It is also worth pointing out that, even in a very hot period, the air conditioning and the fans of the space make our stay more comfortable!
