We had an amazing experience at Clebio's rented house . We were super welcome, the house was impeccably clean and is exactly the same as the photos of the listing. The atmosphere is super cozy, perfect for staying with the family. Fátima was extremely attentive and flexible with the time of entry and exit, which made all the difference. For sure, we recommend the stay and we have already planned to come back more often. A wonderful experience!

It was a great experience! Adriana is super solicitous, explained everything right and responds quickly. The house is very faithful to the photos, small but very cozy, ideal for 3 people. Next to Praia da Maresias, and also close to wineries and good restaurants in the region. It was a great lodging, I recommend!

Good place to stay in Ubatuba.

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

We were very well received, Caio is an amazing person! Very attentive, gave us several tips, the house is very well located, close to everything. Markets etc. The house is impeccable, very clean, has all necessary utensils in the kitchen, the house is bigger than in the photos. My pets have enjoyed a lot! He loves animals, is a differential, because our animals are welcome!! I got a champagne as a gift, because it's my birthday. I loved it! One of my best vacation rental experiences. In addition to the excellent service provided by the host Marcos, who was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed for our best stay, through tips on restaurants and beaches, the house was in excellent condition, clean and very well equipped with all household utensils that we may need and everything in great condition. The pool was also very clean. The place is very quiet and safe because it is a gated community, but it has several shops and restaurants nearby. I also leave here a special thanks to the host who presented us with a delicious welcome cake and who was always concerned about the well-being of the tenants.

Spacious, airy, well-furnished, very comfortable apartment. Clean condominium, friendly neighborhood, the caretaker is very nice and helpful. Large, clean pool, a delight!!! Very close to Praia do Lázaro, less than a 10-minute walk. There are wineries and a market very close by. The host Renata, very kind, responded quickly whenever I needed it, and gave me all the necessary support. Excellent cost-benefit. I'll be back for sure. Very happy with the experience.

Luciana is a great host. Even before we arrived, she contacted us to facilitate our check-in, recommended good restaurants near the apartment, when we arrived she was already waiting for us. Your apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well ventilated, easy access to and from the beach. It was all very clean and organized. It has good rooms, comfortable beds, a bathroom with good showers and a great volume of water, a very good refrigerator, oven and stove. Large Smart TV, good internet, everything working well. We didn't even use the pool and sauna, which were also available. We didn't want for anything, we were at home. I recommend this apartment and the host as well. You can rent without fear.

Vimerson was very receptive, the house is great, spacious, clean beds and mattresses, a gourmet area and wonderful pool (which the kids love) not to mention the forest reserve with waterfall in front of the house, everything was perfect, we all loved it, we already have plans to make another reservation soon! Just one request... a large mirror because the women love it, lol. Thanks to the hosts for hosting us in their home! 🥰

I stayed with my husband and my 2 dogs at André's house, we stayed from Thursday to Sunday and everything was great! The house was clean, backyard with cut grass, with good garden maintenance, everything was super safe to leave the dogs and go to the beach, 100% privacy. The house has air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, so it helped a lot for the very hot days we had! The location is wonderful, it is VERY close to Vila which is where “everything happens”!!! Unfortunately for us, we went on days when the internet was experiencing instability but it was not the owner's fault, who was super proactive to assist and correct. In addition, he responds super fast, answers questions and gives tips about the island. I want to return with ctz, because Ilhabela is my favorite place, and the house has become an excellent little corner for us to stay again. Thank you André and I hope to see you soon!

Our stay was wonderful, Lucas and his wife Erica were super attentive and receptive, were ready to go to the place to welcome us and meet us. Erica advised me on tours and places to know, I thought it was very nice of her to be so careful with us. The house is super cozy, all organized, clean and smelling, we love. We'll definitely be back in the next few opportunities and very much appreciate the full attention of Hosts!

It was a happy find that I would definitely return and recommend, I looked for a large space for our days with our dogs and it was better than I expected. It felt like home and safe.

Dona Irene was very receptive to us, she gave us information on what to do, which beach to go to, she always responded quickly. The site was wonderful for us to relax, reconnect with nature, and free our pet. Everything is totally clean and working very well. We love staying at the home we hope to come back more often and with more time to enjoy all that the venue has to offer.

Communication with the host flows very well from the start. The location of the cottage is very good, very wooded and quiet region. Easy to get to the beach and downtown Perequê. I went without a car, and I had no trouble getting around by bus, or walking to the ferry (about a 30-minute walk). The cottage is simple, but it was very clean and well equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay. I would stay again and recommend it to friends. I appreciate the cordiality of Marcela and Oscar.

Excellent location, safe and very nice condominium. Providing porters and always very kind. We had an unforeseen event, personal, which made us lose 1 day of lodging at check-in and Luzia kindly granted us an extra day of lodging on the way out to compensate. It was of extreme kindness!!!! We are very grateful and enjoy the day !!!
