Super pleasant apartment and the condominium with wonderful leisure area! The kitchen with new utensils and everything very clean. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. The barbecue hood does not work very well, but nothing that prevents you from making a beach barbecue. Raiane and Rosana super friendly helped us with all the questions!

Caio was an excellent host, very polite and was willing to help at all times, was flexible in the schedules since we were with young children, left pampering for adults and children, gave instructions about places and was worried at all times. Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. One of my best vacation rental experiences. In addition to the excellence in the service provided by the host Marcos, who was very requested to give us all the information necessary for our best stay, through tips of restaurants and beaches, the house was in excellent condition, clean and very well equipped with all the household items we may need and everything in great condition. The pool was also very clean. The place is very quiet and safe because it is a gated condominium, but it has several shops and restaurants nearby. Here I also give a special thanks to the host who presented us with a delicious welcome cake and who was always concerned about the welfare of the tenants.

The home was excellent. Everything is very quiet and according to the listing. The host André is very attentive and was always at your disposal. The house is very beautiful and close to everything. The beach in front is very good, one of the best in my opinion.

My days at the loft were great 👏🏼👏🏼 super cozy, close to the cove beach and an excellent supermarket! Location is top! Guilherme is still a good people host and we went to trail and waterfall!!! I'll definitely go back and stay at the loft again 🤜🏻🤛🏻🥳

I stayed with my husband and my 2 dogs at André's house, stayed from Thursday to Sunday and it was great! The house was clean, backyard with cut grass, with good maintenance of the garden, everything super safe to leave the dogs and go to the beach, 100% privacy. The house has air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, so that helped a lot for the very hot days we caught! The location is wonderful, it is VERY close to the Village, which is where “everything happens”!!! Due to our misfortune, we were in days that the internet was undergoing instability but it was not the fault of the owner, who proved to be super active to assist and correct. In addition, he responds super fast, takes questions and gives tips from the Island. I want to return with ctz, because Ilhabela is my favorite place, and the house has become a great place to host again. Thanks André and I hope to see you soon!

Great location, cool and comfortable atmosphere.

It was a happy find that I would definitely return and recommend, I looked for a large space for our days with our dogs and it was better than I expected. It felt like home and safe.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.
