We love the place! Since we have a 4-year-old boy, it has a very nice lawn space to play with. Super cozy, quiet, quiet place. The day we stayed would only have my child, I already had toys waiting outside the house waiting. Super indico. We love a lot.. Super recommend..

We enjoy the house a lot, we will definitely return if we have the opportunity. Comfortable, clean, tidy and super-equipped house to spend the days. It was well what we needed to enjoy a little bit of the end of the holiday. The kitchen is super complete with accessories and practice to accommodate all meals. Super attentive hosts, who explained everything about the house and also about the city/neighborhood. It was a great pleasure to stay in this house!

We love the place where it is located. For Praia do Rosa the place is considered close to the beach and the center. In addition, the view is by far one of the prettiest that I've been staying in. The site also accepts pets, which was critical to us. It is worth mentioning that it is a quiet place even though it does not have a thousand and a freshness, nor a thousand rules. You are very comfortable to use the pool anytime, leave the dog on the spot, in short, we feel very comfortable with no limitation in the stay. It was as if we had at home. Highly recommend the location

The facilities are even better than what you see in the photos and the place has everything you need and more, to have a stay as if you were in your own home. Worth it, value for money, accords. Extremely clean home, all new and organized. Large, airy rooms. Good beds, we had a great night's rest. Wonderful home!! Garage for just one car and a very tight street to leave your car on the street. About 20 mins to the center of the rose and beaches and about 40 to Garopaba.

Wonderful place, family atmosphere, very well structured and organized, close to everything, spotless kitchen, with everything you might need, including charcoal for barbecue, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and even a board, all brand new. The hosts, Mr. Fábio, Mr. João and wives are extremely sweet and welcoming, and there is also a beautiful fig tree blessing the place. We will be back for sure!

The quiet house stay was great! Janine and her Olivio were very attentive from the start. The house is spacious and well-equipped, fully meeting our needs in the 7 days we spend there. The courtyard is great for small children to play outdoors, our son loved it. Within a few blocks we reach the sea and the wonderful lagoon. There were days of great joy in Ibiraquera. We'll be back for sure!

Great spot!! It has distance from the beach, but passes through a very cool trila. The view from the apartment is sensational. Bruno and his mother-in-law we received with great affection. The staff of the residential lobby also welcomed us very well. The apartment is great, it has everything you need to spend a few days feeling at home. The plans to return are great, everything is well worth it, I recommend! 🙂

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with the very well-equipped kitchen. That I have 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms in separate apartments is very good! The complex is very cute and comfortable, the pool is well cleaned and has a good size. The access to the center and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

You've accommodated my family very well. There was no bed lining, carry pillowcases, sheets and covered, the rest is quite complete. Great location right in the center of the beach of Ferrugem, close to the beach, good for walking.
