Beautiful house in the nicest neighborhood in Guaruja. Very spacious layout with plenty of beds and bedrooms for a large group. The neighborhood is very secure as well. The host was responsive and they have a repair team for the property for any issues. Check in was very easy as well. The house is stunning but there are a few minor things which didn't work for us like the jacuzzi. Nonetheless, the house was a great value!

Super attentive host,showed concern all the time about our arrival, a wonderful home in everything,cozy and easy access to everything. I'll come back more often, I definitely recommend it.

The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay. My stay at this beach house was great,From the moment we arrived, we were well received by the hostess. The house is spacious, well decorated and equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. We spent 2 wonderful days, swimming in the pool and making chusrrasco,In addition, there are several options of restaurants and shops nearby, which has made our stay even more convenient. The hostess was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to answer any questions and ensure that we had everything we we needed it. The cleaning of the house was also impeccable, which made us feel even more at home. I recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a quiet and invigorating getaway. We can't wait to return!

The apartment is a delight and the building is very comfortable and quiet. We went to 8 adults and my 4-month-old, and it was really good! The rooms serve all people very well. The air in the room can maintain a pleasant temperature in every room. I was in during the new year period, consequently there was a lot of noise in the region and in the neighboring buildings. It is a space that I would return more often, because of the apartment itself, but the region could be better served as places for rides and family (in addition to the beach itself). Juliana was very friendly and attentive with us and for sure this would also be one of the reasons that would bring me back.
