The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend!

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

We loved the place, new building, perfect elevators, very polite caretakers, very clean pool, super quiet beach, excellent for walking in the morning and at sunset.

Apto is great, clean, organized. For 3 people 👥 👥 or 4 people is perfect. . Very quiet location, really in front of the beach, (we have been more to choose where to stay than to get to the beach on the first day) . I went weekdays, Wednesday and Friday, for me it was great. I prefer tranquility, so it was perfect. . Building, layout and dynamic for bathing requires attention to the concierge's guidelines. parking, is super tight, requires attention not to cause accidents. . I recommend if you search at Praia Grande, with tranquility, and calmness, . obs (if you want restaurants, and bustle, you'll find it in the neighbourhood next door). *****

I spent a simply wonderful weekend in the house. From the time of arrival to the exit, everything was perfect! The house is super cozy, clean, well-equipped and exactly like in the pictures. The atmosphere is very quiet and ideal for resting. The location is excellent, close to the beach and local trades. The sunset was a separate spectacle, a true gift from nature. The hospitality also deserves to be highlighted. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and made us super comfortable, always available to help with what was needed. No doubt, an amazing experience that I want to repeat soon. I recommend with my eyes closed to those who want to enjoy days of peace, leisure and a lot of comfort by the sea!

We were this weekend at Beto's accommodation, he was a great host, always very fast in service and I request, the apt is the same as the photos, a grace and was super clean. The view is incredible, we love it. The only thing, that unfortunately the beach facing the apto was unfit for bathing, was unfortunate. The place is super quiet, if you like bustle I recommend another beach. We generally love the stay. Thank you very much Beto.

In addition, the view from the deck is stunning, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Rosa’s beautiful villa! The place was cozy, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The warm pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights – especially the jacuzzi in the evening. When we had a small issue with it, Rosa was incredibly attentive and made sure it was up and running again quickly. Rosa made us feel welcome and cared for. The villa was very clean and well-kept, with a spacious and modern kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great throughout the house, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was very safe and secure, and just a short walk or drive to the beach and nearby supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. Thank you, Rosa, for being such a great host. We'd definitely love to come back.
