Extremely cozy and comfortable condo. Kitchen with availability of refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker and basic utensils to eat at home. Room and rooms with air conditioning and TV. Excellent leisure area with space, vendinha and barzinho. We love your stay at the condo! Thank you.

I would like to thank Ms.Tereza,Denise Mell and Luciana for taking away the debts I had, for the attention and the reception. We also thank the staff of the building, very polite and helpful. Village council have been 9 wonderful days that my family and I have lived! The sensational apartment faithfully corresponds to what is offered in the listing. My family and I hope to be back soon! Because we feel at home and we live good times that have stayed forever in our memories.

I had an amazing experience at Nicolas's house! The space was exactly as described, clean and very well decorated, with all the comforts I needed. Nico was extremely attentive, always available to answer questions and offer local tips It helped me with everything we need, until transportation indication we had Parabens Nico, Strength ai mano you marece!

Alessandro is an excellent host! Attentive and available at all times, a genius! The place is spectacular, close to the most impressive beaches. A 20-minute walk to Praia do Ponta and 20 minutes to Praia do Forno. Excellent location.

This site is a real paradise!! We had a spotless stay! The house is beautiful, cozy, just like in the listing. Mr. Luís always attentive and I request. The house is well-equipped, comfortable beds, rooms with air…. For those looking to rest, it's the right place! Not to mention the perfect sunset! And also the image of N Sra 😍 My whole family and I love and we'll be back for sure!!! I recommend mttttttttttt this hosting!!!

Apto NOTE 10. All compliant with the listing on site. Excellent service from Denise, Luciana, Celiana and everyone in the building's lobby. I would like to list a few highlights: the ventilation of the Apto is exceptional (balcony in front of the living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen); Very good internet; garage covered and excellent; great location, close to everything; cleanliness of the building in general optimum; security also great; fully functioning and well cleaned elevators; TVs in the living room and bedroom are Smart Tv; kitchen utensils all perfect. In the end, my Wife and I feel at Home, and we certainly indicate this property without fear of making mistakes.

A private pool is featured in the outdoor area, surrounded by glass railings that provide an unobstructed view. The pool's clear water reflects the blue sky above, while the wooden decking offers a natural finish to the space.

Very organized family, correct in everything that was agreed for the rental... Gildo was a 1000-star host! He gave us great restaurant tips and promptly answered our messages, super attentive and helpful... The house is even better than in the photos, my family and I felt at home. Thank you so much for the stay. I would return/will return a thousand times more.

A charming place. Prainha is exactly in front of the apartment. In some steps it is possible to enjoy paradise! The other beauties of Arraial are close to the site. Township A marvel having pq parking in high season it is impossible to find a spot on the streets. The apartment has it all. Large and well airy site. Bed and bath linens are available. Td that you need for “praiar” there are: chairs, parasol, cooler, ball. You won't spend anything on rental. Super recommend this place!!

Very satisfied with the property, close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, pet store, general commerce. The apto. is very cozy, safe neighborhood, exactly as described, really a find. The very well-equipped kitchen with misteira, airfryer, electric barbecue, crockery in general, silverware, bowls, glasses. We will definitely return.

The stay was excellent! The place is exactly as described, very well maintained, clean and with incredible energy. Bruno was super attentive and helpful throughout the experience. I felt at home and I certainly intend to come back next year. I highly recommend it!

We like the house very much. It is in a great spot, you can walk to Praia Grande and Praia dos Anjos, and for those who like to go for a walk, you can go to Prainha as well. Bed and bath linens were as expected for use, very well-maintained kitchen utensils. Home with excellent indoor and outdoor space, our pet also loved the space. We will definitely rent again in the near future. We were very well received by the housekeeper and whenever we needed some information the host's response was quick. We will refer the house to relatives and friends who want to stay in Arraial.

The house is what appears in the advertisement, very well furnished, with all the kitchenware that a person may need for a good stay, the pool area and barbecue is very good, a caveat for the size of the pool, it could be a little bigger, very quiet neighborhood, internet works very well, the conditioned air of the house worked perfectly, we found the house very clean, finally the host is super attentive, always responding to whatt sap and calls, was flexible at check out, super recommend the house, when possible I will return!!!

I loved the accommodations in Alice's apartment! The site is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a very varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to order Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any problem with deliveries. My children loved the atmosphere, especially the lagoon. Also, the beach of Monte Alto is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

Welcoming and cozy to Adriana's house, it felt like I was at home. Quiet and quiet condominium, ideal for a rest away from the hustle and bustle. The condominium has access to a wonderful lagoon, ideal for children and the elderly, as there is no wave and the water is warm , water is at knee height. I highly recommend Adriana's house!! Adriana gave me great food, water and restaurant delivery tips. Adriana is a lovely person, super attentive. Thank you Adriana, I'll come back other times.

James's apartment is a large, comfortable apartment and very well located with views of a very beautiful large beach. You can see some amazing sunsets! It has a garage, pool, playroom and security. The complex is very complete. James was very friendly, responded to all messages quickly and allowed us to check out late. Everything is great! I recommend it. Regards

Ótima , everything within the combination, very good location, everything clean and organized, exceeded my expectations.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

We really like the place. The house has everything we need for a vacation time, close to the beach, the neighborhood is super quiet, there is a bakery and grocery store at the corner. We hardly use a car. We feel so at home that we chose to make meals in the house that has everything we need. Worth a lot to have chosen this place, we were very well served from the closing to the check-out. I just have to thank you for sharing this corner. We'll be back for sure.

The apartments they have are beautiful, super well-kept and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Victor is very friendly and ready to help with any requests and concerns.
