Simply wonderful! The house is impeccable, super well cared for, well decorated, extremely clean and fresh. The barbecue area is sensational. The rooms are large, very comfortable beds, cozy and with a level of cleanliness that impresses. The house is about 30 steps from the sea. it's very close! The condominium is a spectacle apart: beautiful, well-structured, clean pool and with a private beach that looks like a paradise. The water is hot, "calm" and perfect for relaxing or going for a hike in the late afternoon (but you have to connect at the tide, because the strip of sand is very small) Another point that surprised me was the quality of the bed and bath linens. I'm extremely annoying about this, so much that I took mine as a precaution, but I didn't have to use it! Everything was impeccable, smelling and of high quality. Martha / Marcus always answered questions extremely quickly and very helpful. My whole family loved the stay.

The apartment is wonderful, the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, the location is more than perfect, exactly on the beach. The hosts, Débora and Wladimir were very attentive and gentle, answering all questions quickly. We love our stay in the beach and will come back more often for sure!

My family and I love everything , the apartment is wonderful , spacious, airy , clean, the balcony is very good ( even more so for us that took pet) ,very well located , the beach is all good , calm beach,very clean , the neighborhood is safe , quiet . We love everything , communication with Andreia is great , it helps us in everything we need , very kind.... finally we only have compliments and we will definitely return . It was worth having researched and found the apartment of Andreia , the condominium is waterfront , another very important point for my family was to have an elevator because we were with an elderly woman and a child .... they were days of much tranquility , happiness and relaxation ,everything we were looking for .

It's been a wonderful family few days! We loved the Costar Mar Homes, super delicious beds, I wanted to lie down every day! Spacious bathrooms clean too !! We served very well. Fernanda was SENSATIONAL served me in all my doubts !!! Tips, food tours and everything I needed !! Responded whenever I needed and very nice !!! I will return with ctz many and many times and I will stay in the same place because it felt like home !!!! Thank you

They were wonderful days at the home of Leila and Álvaro. Both were very receptive since the arrival, good communication, Leila is a cute one, has always been available for anything in relation to our stay. In relation to the house, everything according to the description and the photos. The house is impeccable is a new building. A lot of clean and smells! All very tasteful and high quality. In the kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms with comfortable beds, excellent shower bathrooms (4 bathrooms), covered car space, not to mention the sensational location, average 7 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and with several shops close to the house. In short, the place is fantastic and very cozy. Sure you would return at the next opportunity.

The whole experience was excellent, from the reception by the hostess in the house to the check-out. The house has an impressive infrastructure, all the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the courtyard is amazing and all with a flawless pattern of cleanliness and organization. The house provided us with an unforgettable experience for my family. Also highlight for the Manguinhos beach which is excellent for enjoying with children.

Very nice accommodation, a very quiet place near the beach, although it is true that it is not very close to the tourist center, it is easy to get there and move from one place to another. Uber is quick and cheap.

It was wonderful to be able to reunite the family at Andrea's home. She promptly answered all our questions and requests. The location of the house is perfect, very close to the beach and the street of stones. Daianni was amazing every day, it made us feel like we were in a hotel. Super recommend and would like to come back more often.

The place is super comfortable, it has everything to spend a few great days. Spacious and with all the details. Internet anda de 10! It is important to know that it is very quiet, everything closes early and if you are looking to go out at night you must go out cold or arraial do cabo. These literal 50 meters from the beach, closest impossible! The water and sand on that beach is second to none. Highly recommended! We'll be back for sure.

Mr Tony and his wife are spectacular hosts. Literally makes us comfortable and makes us feel at home. We travel with an elderly woman, a child and a dog. Measuring everyone's joy is unspeakable! The breakfast in the backyard admiring the birds; the wonderful pool and the barbecue for a family lunch doesn't make you want to explore the area. What a passage is sensational!!! Beautiful and nearby beaches. Mr. Tony gave us great tips and very kindly even guided us. The only bad part is having to come away..rs Five Stars is Little! Guest House deserves a CONSTELLATION!!! GRATITUDE!!!

Perfect stay!! The house is fantastic. Vanusa and João are wonderful and extremely available people.

We spent some beautiful days. We were a family of 13 large people, and we were very comfortable. The house is just as seen, or nicer, than in the photos. Beach access is a plus to highlight. And finally, an applause for the people who attend the house: extremely friendly and attentive. Especially for Delma, a genius in the kitchen, and ready to respond to any concerns. Really very happy and satisfied.

Gustavo was an excellent host, very kind and flexible. The house is a separate show! It is a 180 year old house, very well preserved, without renovations that de-characterize the house. Gustavo manages to keep the house preserved and with air from the time of construction. We spent 2 weeks in the house, on sunny days, saw several fantastic sunsets, where Rio gave orange shades, to pink, until it ended silver. We enjoy the beach, the lawn to play with the family, take the sea salt in the delicious shower of the garden, we barbecued (in fact the kitchen is super complete, it has all the utensils I needed) , we sun on the grass, napped in the hammock in the shade of a tree, hearing the noise of the sea… And in the rainy days, the atmosphere of the house inspired the readings , I read a lot! I played games with my kids, we cooked a cake together, watched a movie with popcorn. I super recommend Gustavo's house, the energy of the house really is very different, I'll be back for sure!!!

Maura and Abdo's house is really very comfortable. The possibility of having the sea at the door of the house is wonderful. Its deck, armchairs, lounge chairs and table is perfect for enjoying the beach in full. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable, 2 of the 3 bathrooms need maintenance. Just like the kitchen furniture. The lounge with armchairs and TV are very comfortable as well. Very good internet service. Finally the condominium is very safe, the staff is very friendly, and has everything so you can rest and enjoy. Maura and Abdo, they were very friendly and helpful with us!

This house is undoubtedly one of the best options available in the city! It’s a stunning, luxurious property, and we loved every part of it, especially the breathtaking views from each room. The photos on the listing are great and accurate, but the house is even more impressive in person. We asked Danielle to help us with cleaning and organizing the space, and she did an exceptional job—5 stars for her as well!
