We spent 3 days at the real house 21 and we loved the apartment, it had good heating, terrace and very well equipped, Teresa was pending since we arrived and we felt right at home. The personalized details of the decoration make the stay very welcoming. Very happy, will repeat!

Jacobo has been an exceptional host, attentive to any incident and very decisive. The house is taken care of to every last detail. It's very home!! Very close to everything, the sea, the center, the Lugo square, the Pontevedra square.

I stayed for more than a week at this place and thoroughly enjoyed it. The entire building is designed for digital nomads, and the apartments are modern, quiet, and very well located. I loved the lighting in the living room and the well-equipped kitchen. There are lots of bars right below the balcony, so it can sometimes get noisy if you’re sensitive to that, but the apartment has plenty of doors to separate the spaces, and the bedroom stays quiet enough. I also really enjoyed the bathroom, and the internet was fast and reliable. The host was very honest and communicative, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I come back to La Coruña.

A lovely lady, helpful at all times. A luxurious house, with a spectacular river view from the entrance. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. We were very comfortable, too bad we only stayed one day. The village is beautiful. Thank you very much for everything!!

We booked the space since it was on the route we did in the area, the restaurant was closed and we thought another option to spend the autumn afternoon. Take advantage of the fantastic porch and barbecue to eat, rest and spend the day. A phenomenal idea, a very pleasant stay to enjoy a different Sunday.

Exceptional accommodation, plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms, sea view on three terraces! Excellent equipment. We spent three nights in Alex's apartment. All very clean and well equipped. A beautiful area with stunning walks and sea views. The town has a good selection of bars and restaurants. What more could you want?

Ideal place, better than the photos. Be careful with love, more than just a home. Amazing views. Good double mattress and rn the kitchen everything you may need. To repeat. We loved it.

Isabel's villa is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Our group of 8 loved the villa, it's spacious garden and the pool. We were blessed with good weather, so spent most of our time outdoors on the veranda and cooling off in the pool. The veranda is perfect for lazy lunches and eating dinner outside and watching the exquisite sunsets. The villa has lots of quiet shady spaces to sit and read a book as well as table tennis and chess set up. kitchen was well equipped with all that you need to cook, bake, juice etc. Villa is well situated with lots to do nearby. Local beach is walking distance, pretty, calm and protected and has cafes to eat/drink. Surfing beaches within 1/2 hour. We received a very warm welcome from Isabel's family who were readily available by phone to ask any questions we had about the local area. Thank you very much ..

Amazing experience, while having a very tranquil and home-like stay. Once you unpack and settle in. You will not want to leave, your new home. You have a fully supplied kitchen, making your home, your very own. You have self parking, steps from the front door. Property is highly secure, offering an automatic locking gate. Absolutely beautiful view, of the ocean, from the kitchen/living area and bedroom. Basically, the home faces the ocean, while having floor to ceiling glass. All areas are very clean, while offering, a very comfortable bed. However, the true jewel, is Ronald, the host. Ronald is one of the very best hosts, I had the pleasure to meet. Ronald, from before the booking, was continually, in communication with me. While driving to the property, he was offering tips and sending location links, to make the arrival, error and stress free. All during my three day stay, he was available for questions and assistance. Without any hesitation, I would recommend this property

Marina is a great host. Attentive, flexible, and decisive. The house is just as the photos show and is super well equipped. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Also note that it is a short walk away from Perbes beach. Beautiful and easily accessible.
