We really enjoyed the stay. The house is spacious, with several bathrooms that help get to the beach and bathe quickly. We went in 7 people and accommodated us very comfortably.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at a place owned by Rosa, and I couldn't help but share my experience. This place stood out for its tranquility, privileged location and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The noise of the city seemed distant, giving way to the singing of birds and the gentle murmur of nature. It is the perfect destination for those looking to rest and recharge their energies away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And still have the pleasure of meeting amazing beaches.

Our stay at Praia do Sapê, by Zenaide, was amazing! The property has a tasty green area with a wonderful view of the surrounding nature, creating a beautiful and unique setting. The swimming pool and deck were the highlights of the house, perfect for moments of relaxation. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which made our tours easier. In addition, Zenaide was extremely attentive in providing clear directions on the route, which made our arrival very quiet. The only thing to note is that the house does not offer pillows, so it's good to each take your own for greater comfort. I recommend this house to those seeking tranquility, good location and contact with nature. It was the perfect stay to relax and make good memories with longtime friends who hadn't seen in a long time :)

The house is the same in the photos and in the description, close to the beach, is a great place to stay with the family. Marcia is very kind and welcoming, it was very nice to stay there, I will definitely come back more often.

A magical place. Both the surroundings and the house. The space has beautiful trails and access to the river and waterfalls. The house is a charm, exactly as seen in the photos, with the difference that the photos do not have the smell of the forest, the corner of the cicadas and the freshness after a summer rain. We went with our dear puppy, who loved everything - and it was always on the guide, as we do not have the prepotency to give our freedom to our own at the expense of the freedom of the local fauna. By the way, we saw from the window a family of quatis and there were always butterflies accompanying us on tours. The upper floor, this one that is open in the photos, is a wonderful corner to enjoy the end of the day. The kitchen is super equipped. The refrigerator is a minibar, so just take the right amount that fits, without excesses. Smelly, clean towels.

We went in a group of friends, with a child with disabilities. The spacious space made us very comfortable. The house is beautiful, bright and well equipped in the kitchen. Otimo Cost Benefit, we want to return to another opportunity.

Our stay was great, Raiane was very attentive and always willing to help us, the apartment is as advertised, it is a good apartment, ideal for six people, but some maintenance needs to be carried out. The social area is very nice, with swimming pool, game room and barbecue areas, the only thing that needs to improve is the administration of the barbecue rental and the cordiality of some employees. In general, our stay was great and we had a great time, I recommend Raiane's apartment.

The Host responds rapidly from the first contact, always very solicited and polite. Extremely impeccable house, recently painted, clean and very organized. Perfect!!! The house is very safe and has the necessary utensils for everyday life. Plus, it has a great location. Loved it and highly recommend it!!

Casa as shown in the listing. Clean, spacious and very comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to the city, allowing easy access to shopping centers and the famous historic center, without difficulties or delay (considering car travel). As for the hostess, Sara was very attentive to our needs, polite and flexible. Whenever I needed to get in touch, I was promptly answered.

A great stay, has easy access to the Pequere Mirim beach, the house is extremely spacious ( good space ), great for being with family, we like it too much and we certainly want to come back more often. Note: for those who like couscous like me, take couscous tree, take an extension ( adapter ) to the microwave and also carry crushed knives and meat board.

The house perfectly serves 8 guests. All the material was clean and well guarded. The check in and check out were very smooth.

I spent 13 days in this house and I was very pleased with the experience! The space was exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything I needed for a quiet stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach of Enseada. Guilherme was always very attentive and always available to answer my questions, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with no surprises.

Local is exactly like the listing our friend Carlos is a helpful person and helps us in everything that is necessary! place surrounded by mountains and close to the best beaches of Paraty... Sensational cost benefit!! The best was our neighborhood we were lucky... Just families, which was very top of our coexistence! For those looking for a nice place as an affordable value... It's worth it!!

Manoela's house in Paraty Marim was amazing, we had a fantastic time there. We were lucky and saw Rays and numerous turtles from the private dock. It really was a magical house and a fantastic place to stay. We were there in winter and the property is North Facing which means it had amazing sunrises and sunsets, something that we really would have missed staying anywhere else. You can walk the short trail from the house to the village and to the carparks which made journeys to other areas really easy, although their are also boat taxi's and Ronaldo the housekeeper was always on hand to help either with transportation or any issues we had. The Gas ran out and he was there replacing the tank within 5 minutes of us messaging him, I'm still not sure how he got there so quickly. Speaking of the Gas canister there is a gas power shower which without a doubt is the best shower I've ever had anywhere in any of my stays in Brasil. Thank you to Manoela and to Ronaldo for our amazing stay :)

The home is beautiful with amazing views and a short trail away from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and was well represented in the photos. The house keeper was very friendly and for a small fee purchased groceries and prepared breakfast for us. Her husband also took us on boat trips to local restaurants and a small store on local islands. The road to the house is hard to locate and even harder to drive. There are deep ruts, rocks, and there are very steep sections. I’d strongly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle. If it rains you may have a hard time making it to and from the house. We would also suggest that you bring groceries with you, as there are no restaurants or stores nearby without taking the difficult road back to Paraty, or hiring a boat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.

Local very nice, the room is simple, but very cozy, it has an amazing view, the hammock on the balcony is addictive, the noise of the sea is wonderful, I will return for sure !!!

Best holidays I took with my family, the environment is exactly as described, extremely clean and comfortable, there was no shortage of kitchen utensils and infrastructure of the environments such as living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. The well-conditioned and hot house to sleep at night. Very close to the beach, no dirt roads, good restaurants and supermarkets around. Breaking a nearby park that you can go hiking, jogging or having fun with your children and pets! Rodrigo is an attentive manager, understands the profile of each client and makes himself available to support or assist when necessary! We'll be back soon thank you!!!
