Careful, full-fledged apartment, sheets were smelling. The person who received us gave us great guidance on the entire operation of the condominium and nearby places of interest. High quality lava and drought machine. Super safe and very tasty condominium for children. With cafeteria in the pool and barca de churros on weekends. Very close to the beach! We walked. There are beach chairs and parasol for guests to use. Super safe apto! Screens on all windows and protection on the top bed of the bunk bed. Amamos!!! We felt at home. I missed a dryer and iron, but I did not ask the owner. I think it would have been served if I had asked for it. We were on vacation and I decided not to worry about these things. I highly recommend the apt and will stay there every time I go to Beto Carreiro.

Second time I stay at Nautilus, first in Fernando's space. Overall, it met expectations well. Unfortunately, because it was very high season, the condominium was crowded and with a lot of noise day and night, but at that point the host has no action to be taken. The condominium also needs to take some action with regard to the pigeons that practically live on site, a lot of dirt on the parapets and other areas in which the animals settle.

Very spacious apartment, with good placards and comforts, complete with everything you need: utensils, crockery, blender, toaster, chairs and beach cart, and umbrella, and more. Everything in perfect condition of cleanliness and well taken care of. Elisa was very friendly and always responded to our inquiries. The only thing I find against, is that from the apartment you can hear a lot of the noise from the cars. The apartment was located close to the beach. The check-in was fantastic, an accident on the route took us more than 4 hours to arrive, even so, Elisa was waiting for us to arrive. For checkout, we were advanced by 10am, it would be useful to update it in the listing. On the property there is a mini market that is accessed through an app. Unfortunately we could not use it as the app is only for residents of Brazil.

Environment as in the description of the listing, clean, organizing, everything working perfectly, from shower to kitchen utensils. Spacious apartment, overlooking the sea. Silent Condominium. We were well served in the areas of common use of the residential area. Positive point for the domestic market with self-service (Mercadinho container), varied products. Easy to access garage space, covered. Privileged location, 5 minutes from beach walk. I recommend it and will probably be back.

The place is excellent, with emphasis on cleaning, organization, household items, furniture and decoration that reflect the host's care towards the guests. Ana is a professional, kind, attentive and organized host. The condominium in which the apartment is located offers comfort, security, leisure and a team of well-trained and helpful professionals, among other benefits related to the location, such as access to the supermarket( just cross the street ). The area is quiet. The beach is in the process of revitalization by the municipality. Ana's assistant is well trained, polite and kind. Spaces like this one where the rules are clear, there is organization and communication is frank, hardly the guest regrets the choice.

Well-equipped apartment with everything we needed. Espaçoso, we are very comfortable during the days of lodging, close to the beach, the market, everything. Well-structured condominium, space with two swimming pools, space to take our pet and other leisure areas. Margit very receptive giving us tips on what was inside the condominium to enjoy such as concerts, açaí stall, churros, etc. We thank you for your warmth and attention, your location is on our preference list for a next opportunity!

The house is excellent, the pools are large, and we were very well served by Elizabete and Clarice! We love the site, which is close to Beto Carrero and the beach.

Large, ventilated, clean apartment, very well-equipped and with a breathtaking view. The condominium has beautiful leisure areas, playgrounds, swimming pools, toys, and even bocha. Great location, close to a great market and several good restaurants. Next also to Beto Carrero, which was very good for us. The hostess has always been very helpful and committed to providing an excellent stay in the city and the apartment, providing restaurant tips, from the Beto Carrero park and the beaches. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Excellent!! Bruno is a very professional host. I provide assistance and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Your stay 10 points. Everything was very clean and tidy. It has all amenities. The area is quiet to enjoy a siesta in the hammocks but it has very close shops for a walk or walk to the beach. I recommend Bruno as a host and his place which is great for vacationing. The stay was great, the house is simple, the night is quiet to go out or rest, you can walk to the beach, the house is close to a super affordable restaurant, there are also bars and grocery stores nearby. Estopinha also loved it and was super nice in the house, which is all fenced in while I went to the beach. João and Hélder were attentive and solicitous from check-in to check-out.

It was perfect! Super recommend the house! It is perfect. Of the will to live. Bruno and Lilly were super friendly and attentive. They've helped us with everything we need. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We spend 10 days in 6 people (family) and pets, very quiet, with comfort and the house has a good location close to the sea. Rita is very attentive to the details and there is nothing missing in the house, it has everything we need in the kitchen and it even makes it nice. The bicycles make all the difference, really nice to pedal on the bike path that is next to the boardwalk. Anyway we will rent again, super worth it.
