Attentive Host. Property well located, easy access, in a quiet place, great for family. Next to Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel and Maceió. An excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Maceió but be very close. I will certainly return! I recommend it.

Village were wonderful days spent in Areias do Mar. The condo is very well taken care of. The staff are very polite and helpful. We had a noise problem in the apartment next door, but the other day the condominium employee notified those responsible for the mess and everything was reassured. The place is really gorgeous. There's a cafeteria beside the building that's a wonder. There are restaurants and shops close by which has brought us a lot of tranquility. Davi, responsible for the apartment, was very attentive and assisted us in everything. Besides, he answers us very, very quickly. In short, we'll be back shortly.

Our stay was great. Hosta Aluícia super kind and helpful. Exactly like the pictures. Place close to the beach, grocery store, and with various options of restaurants. You can do everything without a car. We also thank Adriana who welcomed us, super dear and was available all the time for any queries. Very quiet place for those who need to travel with their pet. We felt at home.

Very clean, quiet and pleasant place

It was our best trip, the house is much better than the listing. It is huge, super comfortable, everyone in the group loved and accommodated very well, the furniture all in great condition and comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning working perfectly, great showers in the bathrooms, the kitchen is not even spoken, perfect, we didn't miss anything! We love every minute, we have nothing bad to talk about, the bad thing was just having to leave, we wanted to stay longer, the house, the hostess and the janitor are to be congratulated!

A Madalena is a love of person. Very kind and made us comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a bungalow different from what we had booked, but the next day it was already resolved. The quiet and view of the site is what makes all the difference. We would love to have stayed there.

Our Dreamhouse experience was simply wonderful! The house is excellent, modern and very well-equipped, offering all amenities for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Every detail was designed to provide practicality and warmth, from the kitchen equipment to the spacious and well decorated spaces. The location is also a great highlight, being very close to the beach, which made our days of rest a lot easier. The beach of the region is stunning, with warm, calm and wave-free waters, making it a safe and ideal place for children. In addition, it is perfect for waterfront walks, providing incredible moments of contact with nature. Another positive point was the possibility of hiring the daily kitchen and storage service, which brought even more comfort to our stay. André was thoughtful and very efficient, ensuring that we could enjoy every moment without worries.

Very good condominium, excellent structure, well organized and clean. Educated and helpful employees. Complete and comfortable apartment. Very nice beach, full of fish and clean, good for children because there are no waves. Well located, we don't even need to move the car out of the driveway, restaurants and grocery nearby. I recommend it too much!

I and my friends liked the house very much, it was very clean, had many household utensils, we were treated very well by both Adriana and Mr. Severino who gave all the instructions and information, tips on where to buy food, among others. Danielle and Pierre, live the concept of hospitality in every respect. The house is cozy and functional, for leisure and rest among friends and family. You'll be in a booked space, but next to hosts, making your welcome even more familiar. The attention given was daily, making us very comfortable. We arrived at night and D&P showed us all the space. Besides we present with a delicious fresh coconut candy. Ah and we also get coconuts directly from the property, a freshness for the hot days! The house is pensanda for the relaxation next to nature, there is an open space in the ceiling of the bathroom, sun and moon D+. It is equipped with several utensils of quality and good taste, as well as the offering of the priomorous linen of bed&banho. The location will allow you to enjoy the various beauties of the Miracle Route region and its lovely shops in the surrounding villages. However, there is a risk that you choose to admire the landscaped garden and relax days and nights in the pool.

Well organized and clean seaside house, had everything we needed. Beautiful beach in front, we had problems with lack of water and Carlos promptly resolved, always willing to help. If we return to Miracles we will stay again.

Maravilhosa!!!! Carla's house is a delight!!! Super clean, but with all it takes to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. All furniture & linens are brand new and maintenance is up to date. And her husband loved the barbecue!!! 😅😅😅😅 A Carla is a sweetheart and always answers questions with promptness and agility. Vil, an employee and cook indicated by Carla, made the moment more familiar by making the dishes that we wanted to eat. The condominium is also excellent and has spaces such as a playground, redarium, laundry, and staff for setting up a parasol on the beach. The condominium staff are also extremely helpful, kind and polite!!! I look forward to being able to come back!!!!

Luanda's house is amazing! Me and my husband had great days there, the house is very big, more ideal even for more guests, but we fell in love with the view in the photos and I can say that it was very worth choosing it. The proximity to the beach is also a high point! The Tattoamunha beach in my opinion is the best and most beautiful of the ecological route (if you like quiet beaches and with little movement this is the place) I hope to have the chance to come back and if so, I would definitely choose the Luanda estate again!
