The houses are just wonderful! We recommend and will definitely come back :) We found everything in the house very well thought out: the super large and welcoming environments. Extreme good taste in decor (elaborated with local crafts), the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and super manicured. The kitchen is semi-shared with the TV room, making a sure mix of comfort and practicality. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden project, full of tropical foliage and a green lawn that is next to the pool (which by the way is a great size for guests from the 2 houses). Marta welcomed us in the most affectionate and considerate way possible. He brought us a welcome muffin, sent us restaurant tips and always responded to our msgs, quickly and very friendly :) Place is “Pet Friendly”! Chico, (our dog) was very well received.

Very good, I recommend the accommodation, it was well tidy and had several utensils for use. There is great for couples, very welcoming and the private pool allows you to relax without having to leave the house, I liked it a lot. Also, the host helped a lot by explaining how the self-checkin worked and was always on hand to answer potential questions.

We stayed at Kátia's house for the second time. The first experience was great and so we didn't think twice before repeating it. The location is great, very close to the beach, 3 minutes walk. and also close to Maragogi but we went there by car. The house is very well resolved, with everything necessary for our stay. The pool man came by every day to check the cleanliness of the pool. Katia, once again, is always available and helpful. We always recommend the place to friends. It is well worth the cost-benefit.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

A comfortable house with everything you need. The place is quiet and very well-kept. The beach is very nice, especially for walks. I would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent from the moment we booked, Pedro got in touch right away. Upon arrival, he was waiting for us with Giuliana. He explained how the house works. The place is very comfortable. There were 5 of us and it was what we needed: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a very nice living room (we didn't use it). We had dinner at the table in the garden and had breakfast on the complex's deck overlooking the sea. The location is about 100 from the Camino de Moisés. We had a full moon, and we had the luxury of doing it in the lower area that is affected at night. Everything is very good for a very quiet stay. Thank you Pedro and Giuliana for everything.

I went with my family to Maragogi and we stayed at Geazy's house. The house is just like the listing, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, a social bathroom, a garage for 1 car, a barbecue, kitchen items and everything you need to feel at home. He explained everything to us, gave us recommendations for a bakery, supermarket. The house is on a very quiet street, with several inns, at the end of the street you can see the sea. Anyway, this house is excellent, clean, well maintained, has all the utensils, spacious, well ventilated! I recommend it and would like to stay again. Thank you very much Mr. Geazy for your receptivity, for your indications!

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

Great stay. We were attended by Carol and Michaela. Note a thousand. We felt at home, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the market inside the hotel has everything. We highly recommend it

Extremely good place, very good location, very close to fantastic places such as the path of Moses, Ecopark, near a river, many tours in the location of the house (jetski, speedboat, helicopter) very clean beach! swimming pool with barbecue area, infrastructure in the house and in the condominium is impeccable. Great value for money, I will definitely recommend it and come back.

Our experience at Adolfo's house was simply sensational! The property corresponds exactly to the description and photos. The beach is wonderful, literally on the sand, and the atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying good times with family or friends. Communication with the host was excellent, always agile and attentive. A special highlight goes to the housekeeper Vânia, who is hired separately and is worth every penny! Always kind, proactive and ready to help, she took care of everything we needed with great affection, including our purchases, which made all the difference during the stay. We also hired the services of chef Márcia and assistant Marli, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The food they prepared was wonderful, made with a lot of flavor and care. They really are a highlight of the house and we highly recommend it for those looking for a complete and carefree experience. They were amazing, unforgettable days. We miss you already and are hoping to

We had a great stay at Sandra's place, the location is wonderful and the photos reflect exactly what the house is. Sandra was extremely available throughout our stay, and her employees made the experience even better. I highly recommend the house!

Very clean, quiet and pleasant place

We loved Casa Rustica, met all our expectations! We were in a group of 8 adults and one baby. The rooms were great, we had a lot of privacy. All the conditioned airs were working, linen and towels were clean. The hosts were super requested, whenever we needed to respond to us quickly. In addition, they gave us several tips about the city and places to shop. We were not driving, but this was not a problem, since the house is located very close to the beach and also to 2 markets and restaurants. The house has a great structure, several kitchenware and swimming pool. We highly recommend and hope to come back one day :)

The house is very beautiful and well equipped, it has a great structure, a person who gives attention during the stay. She is attentive to details. She left us a delicious cake! In the condominium, other guests from other houses had problems but not us because everything worked and she left us several contacts in addition to responding quickly. We had a wonderful stay at Luiz place. It is well located just a block from the beach. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance and multiple gorgeous beaches within 15 minutes. A real treasure. The house was very clean and was well appointed. Would definitely stay again.
