i spent the carnival with little family,and we feel at home,the house has td we needed, perfect td,td clean and tidy,we were so comfortable that we didn't even want to return rsrs,QQ doubt, Mr. Luiz responds quickly ,and Jaqueline who delivered the tbm keys is very friendly

My family loved it, the house is very cozy, we feel at home, we went in 10 people and accommodated everyone well, Marcela a grace, responds fast, well requests. We had no counter time during our stay. Casa Clean, new furniture, kitchenware, lined beds, in the end, everything perfect, recommend and sure at the next opportunity we will return.

An excellent accommodation option, this home in the sand provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The stairs were easy to face, allowing easy access. With a private beach and enhanced security, the space is exclusive to the condominiums. The kiosk serves every need, ensuring guests' convenience. In addition, the view from the deck is stunning, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature.

Donizete was very solicited and friendly, attending to me promptly every time I needed it. The house is also great! Neatly clean. The decoration was made with great zeal.

We spent almost two weeks at this beach house with our two young children and another family with young children. There was enough room for all of us and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our families and visitors. The pool was excellent and well maintained. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and the beach were all close by. The owner rezponded quickly to any concerns, which we greatly appreciated. This is an excellent home for renting and we hope we can return again one day for another vacation. Highly recommended.

The house is amazing, perfect location, 100% on the sand. Best part is being all fenced in, our dogs were loose on the lawn and enjoyed it with us! A delight.

The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

The house was perfect, super cool, comfortable and clean ... we love the location very quiet and with bakery and grocery nearby .... The heated pool is a big difference and everything we need the host has answered us promptly.... sure we'll be back more often

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

All communication with Elio and his collaborator was quick and effective from the beginning. The house is great, and super clean! We will definitely return!

We had a nice family weekend in this beach house. The accommodation is spacious and perfect for family outfits. It has a good area on the barbecue and pool. The condominium is large and safe, with all the facilities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hostess was kind and helpful, easy to communicate, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house has all the amenities you could need. The house is beautiful (more beautiful than in the pictures!) and the garden with a spectacular pool. The services of kitchen, beach tent assembly and barbecue (paid for part) were totally worthwhile.

Espaço super faithful to the photos and inside an extremely complete condominium. Lourenzo was quite a host! Agile and efficient in all the questions and questions we had. The house beyond cosy is super complete, with exactly everything one needs and even more! We will definitely come back more often.

The property corresponds to the description in the advertisement and was delivered to us well cleaned. Heating the swimming pool is rated ten, the internet is a hundred and the speed and effectiveness of the host's responses is a THOUSAND. I highly recommend!!!

I was at the carnival in the house and it was wonderful! The house is very wide, very cozy, close to the beach and easy access to market and pharmacies. The swimming pool is exceptional for both children and adults. The backyard of the house has plenty of space with many trees that make wonderful shadows! Carol was very attentive throughout the stay, we'll definitely go again!

The rental is a good value. The Condomínio Morada da Praia is close to the beach (at least for the houses that are closer to the entrance, such as Regina's). It's a huge condominium, with a good variety of shops. A safe and quiet place. Regina's house accommodates 4 people very well, with the necessary comfort. I don't remember anything missing. The pool is a highlight, with above-average measurements. I recommend it.

Very responsive host with remarkable respect and always ready to help, house was all that showed in the fotos and it was 14 of us so big enough with a nice outside space pool and barbecue, would recommend it for sure 👌🏽
