super complete and comfortable house. super airy place and in complete safety. Roberto always attentive in his explanations about the house and its use. Super recommend because it exceeded our expectations. Cozy rooms, suite with hydro to give you relaxed lessons after beach. Pleasant pool by day and night if you wanted to use. Super recommend, Casa a luxury and Roberto always willing to solve any doubt!

Host is very good, responds fast, proactive, helpful and offers several good tips and vouchers. The house matches the ad, very new and functional. In my opinion, I should have a swimming pool instead of the jacuzzi, by the number of people it holds. The location is good, very quiet and apparently safe, despite the short stretch of road of floor (2min), is very close (5min) to the center of Meaípe and the beaches of Bacutia and Peracanga.

I was staying in this house and it was a wonderful experience! The space is immense, which brought a lot of comfort throughout the stay. The location is excellent, very close to sights and with easy access to restaurants and shops. The house is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only caveat I would do is about the air conditioners, which were a little weak. However, this did not compromise the experience in general. For sure, I would recommend this house to those looking for comfort, location and space!

Very nice house, super clean, cozy, quiet neighborhood with everything close by, close to the beach. We were very welcomed by Nico and his family, always solicitous , we will definitely be back.

Amazing! It served me in all senses, it is inside the Thermas Park, so I went with this purpose, a super quiet place, even inside the park! Hosts then, wordless!! Does the House have details? Yes, but for those who want to have fun and can only see the qualities, they will enjoy a lot! The Jacuzzi is top! The very comfortable and cosy house! Very close to the center of Guarapari and beaches! Thanks for the great reception!

The suite is exactly like in the pictures, there is not much to send to supplement. It is a chalet with 2 independent suites, one next to each other, but there is no invasion of privacy between them. The only issue with privacy is that a blind is missing in the room, such as the bathroom, so that you can be at ease in the rest of the room without offending anyone who is walking through the property.

Nathan's place is simply spectacular! All in glass, it allowed us to admire nature all the time, even though it was indoors. The feeling of connection with the surrounding environment is indescribable! Also, the whirlpool made all the difference to our comfort and relaxation, and the pool is great for enjoying as a family. We had wonderful times and we want to come back already. I highly recommend it!

Great accommodation! Beautiful place, peaceful and perfect to relax. Thoughtful host and all well cared for. The only downside is the gas shower, which is difficult to regulate – the water gets either too hot or too cold. Other than that, I recommend!
