A delícia de Estádia! very comfortable house, corresponds to the advertisement and is even more! We love the house and we already want to go back in the winter to use the fireplace😍. The very quiet neighborhood, and Moriel always willing.

Alexsandro and Silmara were extremely kind, polite and proactive in our doubts. Always attentive and interested that we feel at home. The house is spacious, with a heated pool. Great local, I recommend.

Paulo's house is exactly the same as in the pictures, everything was very clean as we arrived. Paulo was super attentive and ready to help with whatever was needed! Sure is a great place to stay as a family! I recommend it because it's worth it!

The house is great , it met all our needs, the outside area of the house is wonderful, for those who have a pet the outdoors is a paradise, everything closed without any risk, there is a vegetable garden with several spices ( arugula , kale ) a delight , and the view from the house is the icing of the cake , facing the beach , I slept at night with the noise of the waves is soothing . Host Cris, is wonderful, anything she needs to resolve on time , answer the messages on the spot , very receptive . I will definitely come back more often and recommend the house to friends , because really the location of the house by the sea is top .

Our experience at Casa do Lago was amazing! My son and I spent 4 perfect days in an impeccable environment, all extremely clean, organized and with a welcoming aroma. Silvana, the housewife, delighted us with her attention to detail. We were presented with special treats: chocolates, homemade cake, wine and a delicious soap, which made us feel at home from the first moment. It is the ideal getaway for those seeking comfort, beauty and care. We can't wait to return!

Alexandra and Maicon are two very friendly, warm and friendly people were always available and attentive to solve any needs that arose. The house was super complete with details in every corner, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, and in each bathroom there was a special liquid soap. The experience was very pleasant for everyone, the house is close to a very nice and quiet spa. Downtown is not far away and anything can go by Uber. In short, a great place to have beautiful moments :)

The apartment is exactly what is showing on the pictures. Cozy, clean and very well located. From the list of amenities the only this that was not working was the Netflix service. Another thing very important to mention is that the bathroom sink had a previous crack from my parents stay and they were enquired about it after they left. After all everything was settled as it was a miscommunication from the cleaner to he host. Apart from that we will definitely consider to rent this place again as it super passed my parents expectations. Thanks for the stay!

Gerson's apartment is spotless! Close to downtown and the beach to get around on foot to all sites of interest! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days and at home! In addition, the building has service as a pool and spaces with games for children. The garage is very comfortable and safe. The description matches the premises. I didn't know Capao, and I actually thought it was very nice! I would definitely come back and stay again at Gerson's! :)

Very good locale, my girlfriend and I had an amazing weekend on the spot, you don't even need to go to the beach, there's everything you need on the spot, contain heated pool, playground, volleyball court, game room, we had a lot of fun and we'll be back for sure!

It was wonderful! We are a family of 3 people and the hut has served us perfectly all week. The hut on the inside is cute! Kitchen complete with several utensils, TV room with sofa and amazon prime, bedroom with a beautiful view of the stars at night (and the fireflies), bathroom with great towels and showers too! The connection with nature is also surreal! has some small cows and oxen that stay nearby, very meek! sometimes they came close enough to receive a fondness. The view is beautiful! During the trip there was a small accident and we asked the host a nearer health post and promptly they helped us, very kind and good people! We also took the opportunity to discover the natural beauties that were nearby! We met two beautiful cascades! (Três Pinheiros e Cascata dos Vagalumes). And in addition we also visited the Arroio do Sal beach, approx 30 minutes of travel. Undoubtedly one of the best trips we've ever made! A lot of gratitude for every detail.

The host and the place of the hut are very welcoming, we enjoy o.vsnto of birds and the noise of the waters... It is a shame that with the rain it was not possible to take advantage of the trails and surroundings, but we enjoyed the hut well.

We were greeted by him at check-in, showed us the cabin and the operation of TV channels, wifi, etc. The hut has a very beautiful view, the place is very calm, great for resting to the sound of birds.
