We love the house , extremely clean with everything you need , all the air-conditioned rooms that make all the difference, we used the pool a lot the night was a delight ...we will definitely come back and the hosts are super friendly , flexible and understanding I just have to thank you for everything !

We were greeted by Karen with extreme kindness and we feel very comfortable! The hostess left her personal contact and immediately responded to the questions that had arisen. The house is really beautiful and comfortable and I highlight the BBQ area, because of the rock that gives a special charm to the space. We passed a wonderful fds and will surely return!

Great house and good location, we went to the beach walking and loved the pool.

It was a great experience! Adriana is super solicitous, explained everything right and responds quickly. The house is very faithful to the photos, small but very cozy, ideal for 3 people. Next to Praia da Maresias, and also close to wineries and good restaurants in the region. It was a great lodging, I recommend!

Very Good

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

My family and I spent wonderful days in Riviera! John was extremely attentive by giving us all the information in advance, and whenever we need it, he also responded quickly. The apartment is beautiful and quite complete, as advertised, literally feel at home. The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

We were very well received, Caio is an amazing person! Very attentive, gave us several tips, the house is very well located, close to everything. Markets etc. The house is impeccable, very clean, has all necessary utensils in the kitchen, the house is bigger than in the photos. My pets have enjoyed a lot! He loves animals, is a differential, because our animals are welcome!! I got a champagne as a gift, because it's my birthday. I loved it! Flexible hours, me and my friends enjoyed the island a lot, it was very worth it, we will definitely be back..

I stayed with my husband and my 2 dogs at André's house, we stayed from Thursday to Sunday and everything was great! The house was clean, backyard with cut grass, with good garden maintenance, everything was super safe to leave the dogs and go to the beach, 100% privacy. The house has air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, so it helped a lot for the very hot days we had! The location is wonderful, it is VERY close to Vila which is where “everything happens”!!! Unfortunately for us, we went on days when the internet was experiencing instability but it was not the owner's fault, who was super proactive to assist and correct. In addition, he responds super fast, answers questions and gives tips about the island. I want to return with ctz, because Ilhabela is my favorite place, and the house has become an excellent little corner for us to stay again. Thank you André and I hope to see you soon!

Our stay was wonderful, Lucas and his wife Erica were super attentive and receptive, were ready to go to the place to welcome us and meet us. Erica advised me on tours and places to know, I thought it was very nice of her to be so careful with us. The house is super cozy, all organized, clean and smelling, we love. Our stay was perfect, Karina was very attentive and the house matches the listing, we didn't take the car out at all, there is a great bakery very close by, we will definitely be back.

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

The cottage is super cozy, in the middle of nature we could hear a lot of birds. It has a barbecue and kitchen basics. The Internet is in the common area, but it's right in front of the chalet, so it went super well. It has a great pool, playground and pool table. By car you can go to several beautiful beaches in the region. The Cleia was super kind and the cabin was super clean! We love it and will come back for sure!

Communication with the host flows very well from the start. The location of the cottage is very good, very wooded and quiet region. Easy to get to the beach and downtown Perequê. I went without a car, and I had no trouble getting around by bus, or walking to the ferry (about a 30-minute walk). The cottage is simple, but it was very clean and well equipped with the essentials for a comfortable stay. I would stay again and recommend it to friends. I appreciate the cordiality of Marcela and Oscar.

Great house, especially if you are taking your dogs!

The house is exactly like in the pictures, me, my family and the pets feel at home. The condominium is quiet, street easy to access and all the staff of the condominium were very educated. It really needs to be by car if you want to go to the north side of the island (since the house is located on the south side), but it is also about 15/20 minutes by car from downtown and several amazing restaurants/bars… The service of Ana Laura via whats, the manager and Paulo husband of the manager (who was our driver for one night - because we had a problem with our car) were impeccable, thank you very much for all contact, front reception and for all the help offered and/or assisted in our stay! We'll be back for sure. Regards!
