The Accommodation faithfully matches the photos, perfect location, close to everything we need. Cordial reception. Benefit cost. Flávio responds quickly, with clarity and still makes indications of nearby places. All perfect. We'll definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience in the house! She was spotlessly clean and organized, just as the photos showed. This is rare, as I have seen cases where reality does not meet expectations. The house is well equipped and the service was quiet, simple and welcoming. The people were super solitary and patient in explaining all the details of the house. I super recommend this place and I'm sure everyone who visits will love it too.

Super well-assembled apartment, impeccable cleanliness, privileged and safe location, Elisa is always attentive and responds super fast, the apartment is worth even more than charged, I highly recommend it and at the first opportunity I will return to it for sure. Super clean and tidy bathrooms, well-cleaned beds, elevator and parking, 24-hour concierge and super friendly.

I liked it a lot, there were incredible days the super gorgeous apartment, a super well located building with a wonderful view of the sea. Amanda always answered me quickly, and concierge staff always with a great service, I highly recommend, a great place to hang out with your family and friends, for sure we will be back ❤️

We spent Christmas as a family at Cézar's place, Daili welcomed us very warmly and even lent us the pressure cooker for dinner, check-in at the proposed time was easy, the arrangement of the bathroom around the pool and the barbecue leisure area was great, although the rain did not let us enjoy this pool that was huge, it was very nice, the room fit all the people and it was very pleasant, we took one and played stop with the children because there is no play space as it says in the ad but I missed it… we would come back more often in the heat, thank you for the reception!!!

NEW apartment near the beach, complete leisure, high standard

Our stay was excellent, we stayed for 4 days. The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, well organized and with great structure. We enjoyed the swimming pool, gym and bikes of the condominium, which were perfect for strolling along the beach bike path. The location is very good, with markets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is compact but comfortable and well ventilated, we hardly need to use the air conditioning. The balcony is a positive point, great for relaxing. There are some works around, which follow the allowed time, but generate a little noise during the day. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to provide basic cleaning items, such as trash bags, detergent, dishcloths. Plus, just compliments! The hosts were very attentive and the concierge staff always polite. We would definitely return!

Ó Welington from the moment of the reservation if monstrous very attentive, upon arrival at the time we saw a very welcoming place, very tasty atmosphere, all very clean and quality. The location is also very good, a lot of restaurants, market, bars, I found a very quiet place family, the beach is very good, clean beach, cute sand, the ap very close to the beach. We very much like the stay, we will come back other times.

Perfect place to enjoy a vacation. I felt right at home. I felt very welcomed. I loved spending the holidays enjoying the sound of the sea on the beautiful balcony in the apartment. Sheila even remembered my birthday. I loved the treat. Everything I needed was in the apartment. Bus stop near the apartment, I didn't even have to spend money on Uber. Special and quiet place. I loved it... I recommend it! I'll miss it...🫶🏼

We were very well received by Maria and the staff of the building that helped carry the luggage. The ap was clean and has a side view to the beach of the living room and the bedrooms. It has a good size bathroom in the hallway and a small one in the service area. The service area is difficult to hang the clothes, but it has a washer that helps a lot. The well-equipped kitchen and has all necessary utensils. The owner left some coffee capsules to make and has a water filter in the kitchen. This is great ! The rooms with comfortable beds, only the double one is small for a man of 1.80. Sala has 4 reclining leather seats and a large TV with access to all platforms. Fast Internet. The view is beautiful! Roseni responds quickly to messages and was flexible with checkout.

Beautiful, clean and fragrant apartment!!!! Close to the beach, restaurants, bakery, market, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, close to the apartment, you can do everything on foot, the neighborhood is very quiet, polite and super receptive concierge staff. Murilo is a great host, we arrived at the apartment with welcome gifts, he sent several leisure schedules for us to enjoy the stay, everything was perfect!!! we will definitely be back.

We loved the stay, the home was clean and tidy. The house is very well located. And the very thoughtful and helpful host Fabio.

We had a quiet stay, and we had very happy moments in the residence! The house is very airy, and bright, and holds well the number of people featured in the listing! It has nearby wineries and market, with good prices! Both are possible to walk! Easy access to the beach, restaurants nearby! The swimming pool is large, and clean, and is in a place where during various periods of the day it hits a lot of sunshine. The house is cozy, spacious and we will definitely come back more often!
