The stay was wonderful! The condominium is very nice and easy access to the beach. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and very cozy. In addition, it is very close to the beach which is very quiet. The hostess is very helpful and attentive and greeted us with a delicious cake! I highly recommend it for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature in a comfortable, pleasant environment and without many agglomerations.

Pool shared with other apartments on the same lot, but it was super quiet for the kids to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. The condominium is quiet and has restaurants, vendinha, bakery, mini pharmacy... We were very pleased and intend to return. The only criticism, for improvement purposes, is that when we got home it had an unpleasant odor. I think due to it being closed and there was a return of sewage odor. But when you ventilated the house and put disinfectant in the drains, the bad smell is gone.

About the host: No words! He was the best host we've ever had. Always available to respond quickly, Estevam gave several tips about the city, tours, market, etc., which were very useful for our stay. Every day he came to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Estevam also provided a wonderful employee to take care of the house and make food - which was divine, especially the moqueca! Anyway, the stay was great and we highly recommend the house! The house is well equipped and possessed everything we needed. Throughout the process, the communication with the owner was very quiet, with clear coordinates and valuable tips. The check-in was carried out by his mother, who was very friendly during the delivery of the house and necessary explanations. As we were a large group, including children, we hired extra help with the cleaning and kitchen during our stay, following the indication given to us by Caroline. We only have compliments to the nominees, who have helped a lot, and we have to highlight Grazy, who is an excellent full-handed cook and a person's sympathy. For sure, on a visit to Cumuru we will seek to repeat our stay with Caroline. Thank you for everything.

The location of the house is really excellent and certainly the high point of the lodging! It's just a 3-minute walk to the beach, on Barrada 51 Street, and we walked every day. For those who are by car, access to the center is quick and easy. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighborhood is very pleasant.
