House well equipped and close to the beach All according to listing descriptions. Pool shared with other apartments on the same lot, but it was super quiet for the kids to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. The condominium is quiet and has restaurants, vendinha, bakery, mini pharmacy... We were very pleased and intend to return. The only criticism, for improvement purposes, is that when we got home it had an unpleasant odor. I think due to it being closed and there was a return of sewage odor. But when you ventilated the house and put disinfectant in the drains, the bad smell is gone.

The house is sensational. Wake up with the sun rising, walking a few steps and being on the edge of the beach is indescribable. The house is very cozy and in a very reserved place. Walking a few meters in the yard, opening the gate and going out on the beach, it's almost as if the beach was yours. Birds, monkeys, crabs… the house is in the woods, which allows to be in contact with the wildlife every day. Cumuru by itself is a paradise, but being able to enjoy the village while enjoying the house is very good. There are a few small establishments near the house for snacks and drinks in the evening. About a 10 minute walk. But if you want more options, the house is 10 minutes away from the center by car. Near the beaches of Moreira, Calambrião, Imbassoaba, Barra do cahy. For the bravest, 1 hour and a half to Corumbau. The house is worth every cent of the stay. It would always come back.

My family and I like more of the house, very well assembled and organized, the structure of the condominium, the feeling of security and the best, a few meters from the beach. The condominium is 16km from downtown Prado and 15km from Alcobaça, I suggest going by car, as there is a lot of good beach nearby, but you have to have a car, however if you want to stay just there, you will definitely enjoy the beach and you will rest a lot. The host is also top, super attentive, gave us tips from the region and always responded when I needed to clarify any questions, congratulations.

The photos that are on airbnb are good, but live the house is SO MUCH better. As soon as we arrived we were impressed by the outdoors, which is "foot in the sand" and leads directly to the beach of cumuruxatiba. The contact of this home with nature is really impressive. About the host: No words! He was the best host we've ever had. Always available to respond quickly, Estevam gave several tips about the city, tours, market, etc., which were very useful for our stay. Every day he came to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Estevam also provided a wonderful employee to take care of the house and make food - which was divine, especially the moqueca! Anyway, the stay was great and we highly recommend the house! We'll definitely be back!

As we were a large group, including children, we hired extra help with the cleaning and kitchen during our stay, following the indication given to us by Caroline. We only have compliments to the nominees, who have helped a lot, and we have to highlight Grazy, who is an excellent full-handed cook and a person's sympathy.
