We passed the carnival and everything was wonderful, the apartment is super comfortable, cozy, clean and has everything you need for the stay. Claudia was extremely friendly and attentive. Is one of the best airbnb that I've stayed with, and my family and I are sure to come back more often.

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

The Aline apartment is undoubtedly a place where you feel at home. very well equipped with all the necessary food. A large kitchen with all the utensils, bathroom and bedroom and living room extremely clean and cozy. All of this in a very quiet place, reserved but in the heart of the city, making it possible to travel for all beaches, restaurants and shops. Aline is extremely kind and polite, and has made me feel free to answer any questions, which I answered very efficiently. Without a doubt the apartment is a charming place and is worth the reservation.

The space matches the listing 100%, it was a great stay and even though it was during the week, Felipe and Carol were always available. The only point of improvement is air circulation, I think there was a lack of some air inlet/window on the opposite side of the space's entrance.

A nice, nice and quiet house. It has a good space. We very much like the location the house is cozy and has utensils necessary to make a breakfast or a rice for example... The Host responds quickly and showed some details of the house. I was afraid of the app but it surprised me since it was the first time I used it.

House for those looking for quiet in Ubatuba. It is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, there is a waterfall passing on the property: you will sleep with the sound of it. The house is on a dead end street. Super quiet. Super attentive host. They picked us up at the beach hard market that is on the highway to take us to the house.

It was an amazing experience staying on Mr. Osvaldo, had everything we needed, clean, smelling place, wonderful view, literally foot in the sand. Quality and extremely clean bedding, even provide bath towels! Mr. Osvaldo a friendliness and education in the treat, we will return other times, for sure!!
