Excellent house, spacious space, smell, a true dream come true. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and a breathtaking view of the sea. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated, providing a sense of welcoming and tranquility. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to prepare delicious family meals. In addition, the outdoor area is amazing, with a well-kept garden and a refreshing pool, ideal for relaxing after a day of beach activities. During our stay, I was able to take photos of several rare and beautiful birds I spotted near that spot. This made the experience even more special as the area's biodiversity is really impressive. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay, she exceeded all our expectations. The stay was perfect! Lucia was already waiting for us to check in and the house was very clean. It is very close to the beach, by the way, we have to cross a beautiful forest to get to the beach. The villa is very simple and nice, we love it. On the corner, facing the beach, there is a very nice restaurant with great service (Seu Paulo took our portions on the beach). The house is just as it is described in the photos. From the balcony we were able to contemplate the sunset and the star sky, which is wonderful. Lúcia has three individual spaces in the house, which together, you can go with friends or family, or rent individual, without taking away the privacy. I recommend!

They were memorable days!! The location is excellent, close to the historic center, and with several nearby restaurants, and close to the bridge that takes us to Ilha Comprida. The house was so tidy, smelling, with a bed so comfortable... that we felt right at home. Sure enough, when I return to Iguape, I'll stay in this house again. Amamos!!!!

A wonderful place, we had access to everything that was necessary for our stay. We visit many beautiful places, beaches and waterfalls. The river at the bottom of the residence was a separate spectacle. It is possible to walk through the river to reach the beach.

Talita's place was perfect for our family's stay in Ilha Comprida. We enjoyed the layout of the house, including the great outdoor space with the pool and barbeque area. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen included all that you would need. Communication was done in a very timely manner. We will definetely try to return in the future.

The house is excellent! We went to 9 people who were calm and comfortable. We spent most of the time in the area back with pool and barbecue grill and lots of laughs. The house is on a quiet street, and on the corner there is already a market. It is beeem close to the beach, and if you are thinking about going to other beaches on the Island are super close, fast and easy to park. Dona Carmelia has always been very nice and kind and considerate people.

House is exactly as described, all bedrooms have private bathrooms and air conditioners working perfectly. On one of the days it rained all day and the amenities in the house made a difference, maybe it was the most pleasant day. We'll be back for sure.

Our accommodation was very quiet and pleasant, the house of Manuela is a grace, well cared for, spacious and located in a quiet, quiet street, surrounded by a lot of nature (for this reason it is always necessary to be repellent). It is 20min walk from the beach, on a very beautiful path, but it is also possible to arrive by car. Manuela was very solicitous and responded to us quickly, his suggestions were very helpful in our stay. It was Elise, who was also very kind and helpful. The internet speed surprised us. The Casa Verde nook is the perfect accommodation for those who want to rest and enjoy nature! Tia Rê and Vanessa are sweethearts, have a great energy and are always with a smile on ♥️ their faces, Auntie's jellies are the best and waking up in the bush with a warm coffee, the noise of nature and a good company make with life worthwhile... I will definitely return other times with my husband who also loved the space. A home is a home regardless of where it is and that's how I felt in this stay, I was sad to leave but I take great moments and laughs with me. P.S: follow the tips and bring repellent in cream, mine saved me very much

The place is great for those who want to disconnect from the city, as it is well booked. I heard what we were going to find as the house is far from the center (but close to the beach, which is super quiet). Although the house is not large, the rooms are very well used and everything is well organized Evelyn and Junior were super attentive and helpful, we loved everything, they were great days. for sure it's a place we would come back to.

the house can't be closer to the sea. A few steps and you're really already stepping on the sand. It is a very simple house, I recommend bringing supplies such as toiletries and cleaning items such as dish and floor cloths, insecticide and whatever you deem necessary/fundamental.
