The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

She definitely made our stay as enjoyable and quiet as possible, as we were with children, and the dynamics with children can be quite chaos if not well coordinated and combined, haha! Andrea has made all the meals for us (we have arranged in advance), delicious meals, and is always at your disposal if you have any questions! The stay was great, Cibeli is very helpful. The house is on the side of the sea, is clean and cozy and full of art and plants. The house is very airy. The kitchen is well equipped and next to the house has a mini market that helps. The street is quiet with kids playing. Despite the last comment of the house we rented, as all other reviews are positive. Cibeli was very attentive and helpful. I recommend and I will definitely be back.

Cristiano from the beginning took us in. We had problems with the flight, we got super stressed and, there was coffee and cookies. The house is super cozy and with an incredible energy. Smell and soft bed linens, and pillow stuffed bedding. As for the shower, super warm even when we open all the water, which usually does not happen in an electric shower. Therefore the most guaranteed delicious bath!!! Kitchen with all necessary utensils plus salt, sugar, oil and oil available. We ate every meal in the outdoor area that is delicious. Because it's a very quiet area, we were able to rest a lot. We found marmosets, owls and several birds on the way between the house and the beach, as well as many fruit trees. No doubt is at the top of my list on Airbnb. I hope to come back often!!! If it has an available date, it is worth booking on time as it is not the case that they always have guests!

Everything was great! Proactivity at the time of check in, responded quickly, left the space available even before the scheduled time! The owners live on the same land, but the entrance is individual and we had total privacy, it didn't even feel like they were there! Air-conditioning working well, for those who sleep in the living room there is a great fan! Sofa bed and mattress are ok! The curtains in the living room are good and there is little light in the morning! Simple location, but it met the descriptive and everything that was agreed upon! We would definitely come back!

Very well cared for and comfortable. Loyal to the photos. Located a few steps from the beach and perfect for those who want to enjoy the house and family. The surrounding area does not have many interesting restaurants or bars, but it has nearby markets and pharmacy. Located 20 or 30 minutes from the downtown and Lagoa da Conceição restaurants and 15 minutes from the Ribeirao da Ilha restaurants. 10 minutes from the airport. We very much like the tour to Lagoa do Peri which is very close to the house (4 minutes by car), beautiful place, with fresh water and perfect for bathing and children. Easy communication with the owner and housekeeper. The only point we don't like was that we found the check in late (17h), a bad time for those arriving early, even more considering that check out is at 11h. The owner relaxed the check in at 2pm, and gave the option to arrive before by paying a fee, which we chose not to do. For the rest we love the house and the trip.

We had a great stay at Vera's place, everything excellent from check-in to checkout. The place is very spacious, the location is 3 blocks from the beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. We would definitely choose this house again, we recommend it with our group of friends. As a recommendation, for short stays there are no basic things like salt, sugar, oil. Having to buy from a kilo/litre in supermarket. However, it does not dull at anything the good place it is. 5 of 5

Renato and Fernanda welcomed us very well. It was one of the most complete houses we stayed in, it matched all of our expectations and more. Super complete, organized accommodation, all clean, spacious spaces, spectacular pool area, hotel rooms with bedding and bath in great condition. The outskirts of the house with plenty of commerce and markets, all very close to making it easy to stay. We will certainly be back.

The apartment is in a very beautiful, clean, organized and silent condominium. The private entrance to the beach is a wonderful path. The apartment had everything we need for our stay.
