We have family in Vitória so we look forward to staying there again! It was fabulous and the housekeeper/chef was a joy and excellent!

We sure like your space very much, quiet, we really like your receptivity, the tranquility of the place, all close and easy to access. We will have another event in May 2026, we will return for sure and I will refer it to other people ok. Thank you very much and I apologize if there was any inconvenience from us. The house is excellent, all equipped, very comfortable, clean, with great internet, the swimming pool always clean and a wonderful beach across the street. Simone was a great host, worried about welcoming us and letting us at ease, gave us all the necessary information and offered us a great stay.

Renan is a great host. It guided us in everything we need during a week of hosting. It was super proactive. The house is very large, it served our stay a lot. We went with a team of women's futsal to play the Brazil Cup and everything the house offered made us very comfortable for the moments of leisure and for the moments of rest.

The place is very quiet, the house is actually very good, foot in the sand, spacious and well furnished, everything was clean and organized. There are nearby commerce,market, pharmacy among other places such as restaurants and bakery. Great for family trips, I recommend.

I loved the house and also the service readiness of Juliano, the location very close to Manguinhos beach! It was my baby's first time on the beach and since we got home she felt comfortable, we'll be back at other times!

Our stay at the house was exceptional! The structure of the house is impeccable, with a wonderful pool, a full gourmet area and a high quality sound box that made our moments even more special. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed and the TV room was perfect for relaxing. Sure, we'll rent this home again in future opportunities. Highly recommended!

Amanda has been a wonderful, welcoming and responsive host! The home is beautifully kept, clean and comfortable. The house is setup perfectly to entertain in many different spaces-all of which allow for maximum enjoyment of the spectacular view. We even spotted whales! Many special memories were made over the time we spent with family here and we would certainly recommend it!

The house is great, spacious, well ventilated, lots of rooms and mattresses, the part of the barbecue grill very nice. Daniel is always available to answer any questions. Only the bathroom in the suite that was burned We went to 6 adults and 3 children and there was a bed left to sleep. I'll be back when I can!

We had a great time at José Carlos' place. The house has comfortable bedrooms, excellent barbecue area and wonderful pool. The location is good, it is in a very quiet neighborhood, almost in front of the beach. You can view the sea through the two bedroom window. In the morning it is possible to go hiking and take a swim on the beach, the look is beautiful! In the afternoon, the tide is going up a little more. The house was very clean! Anyway, my family and I enjoyed it so much that we hope to return soon.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and local commerce. The house was well equipped and clean, the rooms excellent. We felt at home. We were allowed to check out later because of our flight, it helped us a lot.

We spent a wonderful month in this place. The house is super cozy, well equipped and was clean when we arrived. The lawn yard is perfect. Quiet place and close to the beach. It has a very cool rogue restaurant and a nearby grocery store... Julio was super helpful and considerate. we're back!

Beautiful, super comfortable and quiet space, besides it has absolutely everything necessary for a stay, I forgot some items, but I was saved because I had everything in the house! The hostess is a great sweetheart, super solicitous and polite. Loved it too much! I have already passed the link of the house to several friends and recommended the space.

The basic but differentiated breakfast usually does not offer this service. The location is perfect, I went to an event at SEDU, very close. Hosting with tranquility, comfort, safety and privacy. The place is charming! The en-suite bathroom is small and lacked a mirror in the bedroom, but these items didn't overload about the stay experience, which was great! I recommend it and will be back.

José Carlos is a great host. Very kind and helpful, he always helped us very quickly. The house is super quiet, the place is quiet and has a nice neighborhood. The access to the beach is good and the beach is very quiet. It's a great place to rest up with family and feel at home. Although the place is extremely quiet, the surroundings have good infrastructure and a lot to do.
