The stay was SPECTACULAR. The house is IMPRESSIVE, with everything available to make your stay perfect. Juliana and Fabio are IMPECCABLE. Always attentive to everything. We even had a problem with the car and I help us and was next to it until we fixed it. INCREDIBLE. These things, are the ones that really make you the difference in choosing your vacation home.

We love our stay! The house is simply wonderful and it met our needs very well, it was an amazing experience. Nicolle is a great host, always quickly answered our questions. In general, we are extremely satisfied with the home and will come back more often.

Our accommodation was incredible, both for the comfort of the house and for the receptivity of Cynara. The house had a beautiful décor, sheets and towels of great quality, as well as an incredible view of both the sea and the Hercílio Luz Bridge. I even walked to the center on foot, in addition to renting a bicycle to pedal. I also consider access to the beaches easy by car, both to the southern beaches, which end up being closer, such as those in the North.

The house is very good. Super large, has all the necessary utensils and has accommodated us super well. It is about 8 minutes walk to the beach itself. Whenever we had any problems, Fabio solved it, even taking a new fan. The house is tightly closed and safe. There's plenty of space for cars. The only drawback is that it is near the entrance to a more dangerous neighborhood, but we had no problem with that.

Our stay was perfect, Fernando was requested with everything we talked about. The house is much better than the photos. City had everything we needed, even a transformer! Large pots, coffee maker, sandwich maker and etc.. In the rooms there were clean bed linen and towels also if we needed it. There was a power outage and Fernando helped us at the time. The tv had also misguided and he arranged it. Super recommend the house and no doubt we will return. Easy access, we use scooter to get around during peak times. It has a nearby market that worked until 2 in the morning. We wanted to rent for the same date, but unfortunately it is no longer available. Only praise for the house and Fernando's attention. This is place is perfect for so many reasons. Walkable to a beautiful beach or to sandboard. Perfect hiking trails around and a corner store for all your needs. The city is a 30 minute drive only and it is easy to get around. Our host was amazing and would stay definitely again. The house is a perfect blend of peace and confortable.

The house has everything you need, Sheila as long as I wrote to her answered, an air of a room did not work but the next day it was replaced. Laundry is very important as we had many children and used it frequently. The location in very good, it has everything you need to go to the beach although the umbrellas were not in good condition.

It was a very nice time with my family, it met our needs. It is comfortable.

Perfect house for those looking for comfort, space and fun for children. Clean Pool with excellent outdoor space in the house. It has a view to a very cool green forest. Perfect place for families. The surrounding beaches are beautiful and not too far away. You need a car to get around, but it's a distance of 2km 10km away.

The stay at Adriano's house was great, the house is very well located and easy to go to the beach, restaurants and markets. Adriano always very available and helpful during the stay, I recommend to anyone who is Cachoeira do Bom Jesus beach to contact and stay at Adriano's house!

The home has excellent kitchen equipment (utensils and appliances of all kinds, coffee and mineral water, among others), beach chairs and umbrella, full grill. You can see the dedication to making guests feel very comfortable. We highly recommend.

Joe's house is a piece of paradise, a peaceful and magical place! The view to the Lagoa is amazing , the house is very cozy, in short, they were wonderful days.

The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

The place is ingrained, ideal for family vacations, the pool is perfect for all ages, it has a small one for the kids. The house is equipped with everything you could need, and it also has a grill and a pizza oven that gives you a great family panorama opportunity. We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is comfortable and offers different living areas so that we were able to share with other extended families easily. Alexandre was highly responsive! When we sent him any questions, he was quick to reply and support us! It really helped ensure we had a smooth stay. Overall, we were comfortable and very satisfied with our stay. Having a pool on site was great and we were able to visit many different beaches in the area. We would recommend this home to others.
