Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Praia

I spent 11 days with the family in Suzanne's place the accommodation is very clean,it is exactly like the photos ,there is all the comforts to spend a great holiday we have a magnificent view of the suzanne mountain was a very responsive host with Nicolas I thank him infinitely. I keep very good memories of the cabo verde I will come.

The host was exceptional, showcasing an impressive knowledge of the area. The location is exactly as depicted, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with a security guard on duty for added peace of mind. The WiFi connection was reliable and fast. Plus, you're just a short walk away from excellent dining options. I highly recommend this place!

Everything very good, the best place we stayed in in Cabo Verde. It is not close to the center, about 40 minutes walk or 5 min by taxi, but the neighborhood told us it was one of the safest. The only bad thing that the internet was not very good but otherwise great, totally recommended.

I stayed at Maria's residence in Praia and it was a great experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location perfect, and the host welcoming. She even came to pick us up at the airport, my girlfriend and I ,and she accompanied us again when we left Highly recommend this place for a pleasant and worry-free stay

We slept at Marcelina's house our first night on the island of Santiago. We arrived at dawn and she welcomed us anyway, and she got us a taxi. We recommend it!

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

We had a nice stay at Rosy's apartment. The apartment is very functional and located on a very quiet street close to all amenities. There is a little lack of kitchen equipment for a long stay though.

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!
