Great space , exactly as Gecé is in the photo Gecé was very attentive and passed all the possible information complete kitchen, comfortable rooms, hot shower TV took all channels single point that maybe it could have for improvement and an air conditioner nothing else that hindered my stay because if you leave the windows open enough wind and also have a fan , you can rent without error .

We like it very much. I, wife and two children stayed for a week and it was super cool. Next to several trades and less than 5 minutes walking to the beach. Virgínia people too good, made our arrival and our departure flexible, every time we went to Cabo Frio, we will host in this apartment. The building is far tranquil, no noise. Before I went, I was worried about a comment that said the garage was tight, but it's quiet, and the spots are not demarcated, arriving early you can stop on the ground floor where the spots are easier. My family and I sit perfectly at Rodrigo's house, which is just as he described. We found the location very good, as it is as if the house was in the middle of everything, beaches and commerce, being a 7-minute drive from the Dunas do Peró, an amazing place! It was great to rest in the house pool when we came back from the beaches and we also used the barbecue 2 days. We will definitely return. Many thanks for everything. Rodrigo was a great host.

We stayed 5 days in the house and left with the feeling that everything was perfect. we like the house, the location close to the beach and the warmth of the host. We recommend!

What a wonderful and cozy house, it has everything we need and we feel at home! It was perfect and we will come back again for sure! O Alisson (homemade) super helpful, went every day to remove the trash and clean the pool. The super clean and aired house, Glaucia always available and willing to respond to us. Gated community, super quiet. The house is between búzios and Cabo Frio, for us it was perfect!

The accommodation is a beauty,the house is very comfortable and its garden is a small paradise, the location is very practical ,from there we move to almost all the beaches on foot, the same in the center of Buzios. The host is a 10, super friendly and predisposed. A special section to their pets, educated and affectionate, made us feel at home! We recommend and look forward to returning!!

My stay was excellent! Without a doubt it was worth the price paid for the rate! We had some questions regarding hot water and hydromassage, but nothing that would harm the experience. The view is very, very worth it, both at sunrise and sunset! Without a doubt, as soon as I have a chance, I will be back there!

Marisa and Rosangela were always very attentive to everything. Although we arrived later than planned they waited for us. The apt is beautiful, conveniently located, it has everything. My only opportunities for improvement is that the sheets and towels were a little old and I think adding furniture on the balcony would be great

Everything is very good, 3 blocks from Geriba beach and about 6 from Manguinios. The pool is good.

The second time we spent the summer in Cabo Frio, more precisely in this apartment. In addition to the location being near the feirinha, the apartment is facing the beach. Municipality has no sea view, but only cross and a few meters you are with the pe in the sand. Internet works well, all appliances in good shape. So we think this time that the air-conditioning of the suite was a little noisy but it didn't get in the way. I recommend it to families in need of good location and security.

I enjoyed the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to expedite it is better to drive there. The location is great as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. On the day we went the apartment was without internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so this was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, the night when we arrived in the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from mobile to TV. And Jorginho (janitor) is super polite and always helped us when needed, especially in this issue of Internet/check in and check out. The apt has potential, it is large, accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we miss utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses,pots) In addition,expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

Heloise is a magnificent host. He immediately responds to each message and is attentive to his guests having everything they need. The apartment is part of a complex that overlooks the canal street and its location could not be better. The place is very safe and quiet. Even during the evenings you can walk to one of the several restaurants that are very close to there. The apartment is in impeccable condition and the cleanliness is excellent. The whole complex is very neat, including the pool that is open until 10pm and we were able to enjoy several nights. The apartment has everything you need and we highly valued a water purifier that prevented us from having to load with water bottles. We had a great 12 days in Heloise's apartment.
