My family and I had an amazing holiday at Vilmar's place. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room, amenities and everything you need for a peaceful stay. The outdoor space with a swimming pool and barbecue area is very good for leisure time. We took our pets and the space was also very good for them. Communication with Mr. Vilmar was also very good. I recommend it and we'll be back.

We'd like to highlight the experience we had at Jauna's house. From the moment we arrived, she was very attentive and friendly, and was available at all times during our stay. She gave us total privacy, and her family was very discreet. The house is just as shown in the photos. It's in a quiet area and a few kilometers from downtown and the beaches, and has a beautiful pool where the kids spent pleasant times in the afternoons. We definitely recommend Jauna's house!

That was the 2nd time we stayed at Pablo's place, and just like the 1st, it was great. Quiet region, close to the beach, market, bakery and ice cream shop.

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

Hosts respond quickly, very welcoming environment to relax with the family, a very large patio and the advantage of accepting pets (we don't travel without ours.) We ended up staying more at the house, as the pool area meets our needs well. Whenever we had questions or needed anything, we were well instructed and helped. We will definitely be coming back!

I was at the house with family to spend Christmas. It was great! Easy to find and well located, close to the beach and shopping. Spacious house, accommodated nine people and a dog very well. Whenever we needed to contact Fernando, there was promptness in service and guidance. We loved the gourmet area, with a barbecue, electric oven, microwave, stove and gas hob and a huge TV. We had a few rainy days and this space was very well used along with the heated pool, since we couldn't go to the beach.

The condominium structure has activities to keep you there all day! We didn't go out for anything! In addition, we were always very well attended by the hosts. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

We had been looking at this house for a while. The location and design of the open house drew attention and was well within expectations. Mr. Francisco, the host, is a very receptive and friendly man and the house is fantastic, perfect for a time of rest, where the fresh air of the hill and the silence make you feel very good. Limpeza note 10, all items as per listing. The street is very quiet, something that pleases us very much. The two showers are great, something that sometimes leaves to be desired in beach houses. Finally, we found the beach enchanting, without the turmoil of the best known beaches, super clean, with plenty of policing and the basic attractions (square, kiosks, trail of joy hehe), in short, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Quiet space, great accommodation, accommodates up to 6 people easily. The pets loved the large patio. The listing matches everything it offers. Leticia is super accessible. We'll be back.
