The apartment was clean, check in was quick, everything went well. Location was great and everything went well. Communication was also very easy and the hosts provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

Great location. luxurious surroundings and a relaxing stay. The host was both helpful and hospitable.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

The house fully matches its name "Bear's House". This is a real bear's den or a hobby-horse's nest, where it is warm, cozy, comfortable, quiet and has a complete feeling of home. The house is located in the depths of the garden. There is everything you need - stove, microwave, toaster, grill, dishes, fridge, washing machine, the space is used very compactly and efficiently, there are areas for sleeping, eating, working, and just chilling with a glass of wine by the fireplace. The house is actually in the suburbs of Prague, but public transport works great, the center and some attractions are quick and convenient to get to. Bus stop is in two minutes walk. Near the house there are the Albert, Lidl, Zhabka supermarkets, a store with various household goods and a pharmacy. The host Yura is a very nice guy, responsive, pleasant, you can contact him on any issue, all problems are solved in the shortest possible time. Thanks to Yuri and his family for their hospitality and our great vacation. Next time we'll only stay there.

Pavel is a superb host, good communication and immediate availability if you have any questions. The house is as shown in the pictures, well equipped and well heated for the harsh winter of Prague. It is located in a very quiet and pleasant residential area, with everything you need nearby. A few hundred meters from the house there is a LIDL and the tram stop. Taking the tram number 2, you are a 7/8 stops from centro. Thanks to Pavel's kindness, on the last day we were able to leave our bags all day in the house and pick them up in the middle of the afternoon. In case of going back to Prague we would definitely repeat.

Vaclav was well accommodating on our arrival, and comunicative🙏. Accommodation lacking nothing, or even more, well placed in Prague. Quiet quarter. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from bus stop 137, which takes 10 minutes to the city center, it's great. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

Beautiful accommodation, everything in perfect order.

I highly recommend this villa! The cleanliness was top notch, the pool and sauna were excellent. Overall, it was an all-around great experience that I can only recommend.

The hosts were very kind. Even though it was last minute, the owner went out of her way to accommodate us with the dog. The son was captivated by the beautiful garden and amenities. I can only recommend :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Adela's fantastic flat! We felt at home, listening to old records of Ella Fitzgerald while drinking an excellent coffee, enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the place. If you seek a place with a soul, Adela's flat is a must! The neighbourhood is great, with a lot of restaurants, nice bars and cinemas. It is easily connected by tram to the city centre, but you can also walk through the park and get there in 30 minutes. Long story short: don't miss the opportunity to stay in Adela's place, it will be a strong added value to your trip in Prague!

Apartment was very clean, the furnishings partly out of date but nothing that would really disturb. So we arrived the hot tub did not work after a short message but this was immediately fixed Jana was always available and helped wherever she could.

Kateřina is fine host with proactive and pleasant approach. Accomodation is situated nearby the forest and not far from train station with easy connection to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay.

Marcela's place is a perfect place to visit Prague! It is located in a peaceful area, 10 min from the metro that takes you to the city center in 15min. The accommodation is identical to the photo, the bedding is very good and we have everything we need to cook a small dish after your visits for the day. Flexible check-in with key box. I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was easy to find, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and in a great neighborhood. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Staying at Barthold's place was an absolute pleasure. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with all the needed things. It has lovely paintings on the wallss, big windows, and everything that you need - so it feels instantly like home. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from a beautiful park - where I did daily walks, and has many wonderful cafes, restaurants and little shops in a walking distance. There is a small shopping mall 2 minutes walk - so you can get everything you need there. Many public transport lines that can take you directly to the city center, and one of Prague's most prominent museums - A delight for culture lovers. Barthold was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful for all my questions. This is an apartment I'll be returning to - I can't wait for my next visit.
